Walk or bike along miles of riverfront from your front door of this stylish home. Close to riverfront shopping, dining and entertainment.
The space
Walk, bike, fish or just enjoy being riverside. Stunning views throughout the day as you stroll along the river. Walk 1 block to Sunrise Park where the "Real McCoy" brothers built yachts for the Carnegie's and Vanderbilt beforethey fell on hard times and turned to rum running. pass by world famous Holly Hill Gnomes and leave a note in the tree. Stroll to historic downtown Daytona Beach just a mile south and peruse the many shops and restaurants. Be sure to read the historical markers and stories of the rich and famous who lived, worked and played here.

Plenty of room and yard to roam. Just steps from your frontdoor is the Pat Northy trail also part of the East Coast Greenway Trail that extends from Maine to Key West. One of the most historic and scenic trails in Florida. Sit on the front steps and watch the river glisten and the Eagles and Osprey catch fish.

Riverside Retreat is walking distance to Piktona pickleball tournaments.
