We had a wonderful time.. a great place to stay with family… host responded immediately when we found wasp nests under the balconies and they called to follow up… there was a change in the size of the beds upstairs… we thought they were king but were queen.. the kitchen was very well stocked and we especially liked the HUGE dining table we could all sit at together!!!

Thank you for a wonderful week! The house was perfect for our family! We had a wonderful stay and cannot thank you enough! We tried to book for next year but it was already taken for next year! The accommodations were awesome and we got great use out of the entire house and beach! Cannot thank you enough for allowing us to stay in your home for the week! And the view of the fireworks was outstanding! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great beach stay!

Perfect for a family vacation

We had a multi-generational family vacation and this location was perfect! Plenty of space, great location and incredible view. Easy access to the beach and the private pool made it great for everyone. I would highly recommend this home and will hopefully be returning.

We had great communication with the host. They responded promptly to my inquiries.
A great game room on the lower level made for some fun memories.
We all sat comfortably at this amazing dining room table.

Location of the house is off the beaten path but easy access to historic St Augustine and everything else we needed (restaurants, Walmart, etc). Beach view was amazing, beach is large and easy access. The decks are large and offered a perfect view of the ocean. The beds are comfortable, the linens and blankets are very nice.The only cons were lack of sufficient towels and wash cloths, we had to wash towels everyday. There was only one set of kitchen towels as well.

Beautiful spacious oceanfront home. Close to downtown St. Augustine and restaurants. Check in and out were easy, never needed to contact host. Enjoyable and relaxing stay. Would definitely return!

Great property. Exactly as advertised. Easy check in process and plenty of space for the whole family. Kitchen seemed better stocked than expected with some spices available and plenty of equipment, dishes, cookware, etc. The walk to the beach is short and pleasant and we found the beach itself very enjoyable. Would stay here again.

This is the perfect property for a rather large family. We all had our own bedroom and bath and plenty of room for the whole gang. The rec room downstairs was perfect for the kids to hang out. The beach location was very beautiful and access to it was acceptable. We loved the huge live edge dining table where there was plenty of room for everyone. We would return to this property.

Glorious Getaway

This home is absolutely stunning with gorgeous ocean views from almost every room. The beach is very accessible, with public access only a short walk away. This space is perfect fir both small and large groups, and is only about 10 mins away from diw town St. Augustine. We’ll definitely be back!

Beach Escape

We had a great stay at this property. The house is set up nicely for a family vacation and has beautiful ocean views from most rooms. Having the pool was a great amenity. Upon arrival the front door keyless entry did not work but we were able to enter through the back door keyless entry. . We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach house

We had an excellent vacation in this beach house! The view, the pool, the location was perfect for us. Just 2 houses from a beach access. Every bedroom had a bathroom, which was so convenient for a big family. The main level was big and open with a big table for all of us to eat at. Definitely need to bring extra amenities like beach towels, soap, etc. but that didn't take away from how amazing this property is. I would highly recommend this beach house!

Busy relaxing

There are many choices in how to spend your day from early morning beach walks to relaxing by the pool or riding the waves on the beach. This spacious beach home allowed our multi generation family to gather and enjoy making memories. Unexpected surprise was viewing a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral from the deck at midnight.
