The spacious 90 m² "Waldblick" holiday apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the modern extension to our renovated 1901 villa. Here, the historic charm of a castle-like estate blends seamlessly with contemporary comfort to create the perfect holiday home.

Living & Enjoying

The heart of the apartment is the light-filled, 40 m² living and dining area. From here, you step directly onto the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee while taking in the expansive view of the valley. An open stone fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere (decorative function). The separate, modern kitchen is a dream for amateur chefs: Fully equipped with a high-quality Siemens combination oven including a microwave, it offers everything you need for cooking together in the evenings.

Retreat & Relaxation

Two stylishly furnished bedrooms guarantee restful nights. Both bedrooms feature high-quality box-spring beds (180x200 cm), spacious wardrobes, and wall-mounted smart TVs. A special feature: Each bedroom has its own modern shower room – ideal for couples traveling together or families who value privacy. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a bed for two additional guests.

Outdoor Area & Location

The 2,000 m² property offers idyllic tranquility amidst birdsong and the rustling of the forest. The apartment includes a private outdoor area in the garden with a gazebo and barbecue area, reserved exclusively for your use.
