OVERVIEW: Quick walk to the beach! Nestled in The Pines, this cute cottage is the perfect couple getaway or small family. Efficiency condo with double sleep sofa, full bathroom, kitchen with microwave/convection oven, compact refrigerator, and lovely private and tucked away patio. The perfect area for breakfast and morning coffee or romantic dinner.
LOCATION: Only one block from Rehoboth Ave, where you can find outstanding restaurants, tax-free boutique shopping, and so much more! Only 4-5 blocks to the beach on the North end of Rehoboth Ave. Great location!
PARKING: One city parking permit is available to guests.
AMENITIES: Window AC units, community outdoor shower, Keurig, gas grill, and beach equipment.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not provided. However, we do have a rental package available for guests. No pets and no smoking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice location but disappointing

Listing was unclear…said one bedroom but none and no bed, only a full sleep sofa (fairly comfortable though), dirty dishes in cabinet, private porch area was filthy, hard to figure out where our unit was on the property, pathway should have been blown, outrageous fees, some duplicated nearly doubled price, app to complain did not work, complicated TV with no instructions.

Last minute late summer getaway

Enjoyed the stay very much. Received a lot of emails from the property management company, which made it hard to find information quickly. However, they have excellent customer service by phone.
