The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. The backyard is great for a small pet, the driveway is spacious and neat. We would stay here again!

This home was the perfect stay for our trip to Rehoboth Beach. The home was just described and as photos showed. It was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do in town. One tiny complaint is there was not enough toilet paper- but I didn’t communicate that to the host so they didn’t have the opportunity to fix that issue. Overall, great stay and we would come back for sure.

Check in was easy and the host was responsive to any questions. They also gave us great information about local amenities, provided parking permits for Rehoboth and had beach chairs and umbrella that we were welcomed to. Wi-fi access was great. The home itself is beautifully decorated and clean. Our dogs LOVED the fenced in yard. And the patio and screened in porch are lovely! If you plan to cook and depends on what you cook, the kitchen is a bit limited so plan ahead but it has all the basics for a simple meal. The Keurig is great, but bring your own k-cups and no sugar was provided. Just a note that the refrigerator didn't have an ice maker. It also could use a Brita filter to filter water or a pitcher to keep water cold in the fridge. The water actually tasted pretty good out of the tap. It's located a short distance to the beach and the neighborhood itself is lovely and has some great views that we enjoyed on shaded walks. We'd definitely stay here again!
