The 2016 newly built holiday complex Südkap Pelzerhaken, consisting of 8 houses with a total of 76 apartments, is located directly on the southern beach of Pelzerhaken.
Our apartment is in the house D. 2. Upstairs, with south west orientation. From there you have an incomparable view of the South Cape and the Baltic Sea.
The apartment is certified by the DTV with 5 stars and offers enough space for 4 guests.
All entrances are of course barrier-free, you can easily reach the apartment with the existing elevator.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200, each bedroom has a separate bathroom, a bathroom with a shower, the other bathroom with a bath.
In the open kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances, such as dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer.
In the house H our guests the wellness area with 3 saunas and fitness, as well as a game room is available for free. House C has washing machines and dryers available for our guests.
The belonging to the apartment parking is of course free. For bicycles on the ground floor a locked bike room is available.
