The 3-room apartment is located on the first floor west side.

Haus Lausitz awaits you!The comfortable apartments are located in the house Lausitz in a quiet location on the edge of the forest Granitz. In a few minutes you reach the Wilhelmstrasse, which invites you to stroll and linger. The Baltic Sea beach with the beautiful pier is only about 200m away. The bus stop is about 600m away and the Rasender Rolands train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The leisure pool is about 800m away. Each apartment has a parking space on the object. A children's playground and barbecue facilities are also available. The Haus Lausitz has a separate common room with up to 40 seats, lockable and separate kitchen and toilets. The sauna is chargeable. For cyclists and hikers it is an ideal starting point for their activities. Free Wi-Fi is available in the property.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Für Regenurlaub mit Kleinkindern nicht ganz optimal und laute Umgebung.

Für das Wetter kann die Unterkunft überhaupt nichts :) aber für das WLAN. Eine gute Internetverbindung gehört schon zum Standard und wir haben leider eine Woche erwischt, in der es fast regelmäßig geregnet hat und kalt war. Wir haben zwei kleine Kinder, wir sind auf eine gute Internetverbindung für die Musikbox etc. angewiesen, damit wir die Kids wenn schon nicht am Strand, zumindest in der Ferienwohnung beschäftigen können. Dann gibt es, wie so oft, keine Rollos. Unsere Kinder müssen noch Mittagsschlaf halten. Die Grundausstattung der Küche war gut - ein Ofen wäre optimal für Aufbackbrötchen etc., wenn man mit den Kindern schon auf die FeWo angewiesen ist und vielleicht zusammen backen will. Meckern auf hohem Niveau aber bei den Preisen, die auf der Insel mittlerweile verlangt werden, kann man ein bisschen was erwarten. Dennoch gute Lage. Wenn durchweg die Sonne scheint, benötigt man die Wohnung ja auch nur zum Schlafen. Allerdings auch hier, es sagt einem natürlich keiner, dass eine Mutter-Kind-Klinik direkt nebenan ist und in der Hochsaison dort jeden Abend Disco-Party-Programm ist. Für größere Kinder, top! Für Kleinkinder alles sehr hellhörig und laut. Betten sehr hart, Kissen sehr platt aber alles in allem in Ordnung.

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und es ist alles vorhanden,was man benötigt,wie ausreichend Geschirr etc.Sogar ein Fön ist vorhanden.Parkplätze kostenfrei direkt vor der Tür.Die Wohnung ist nahe der Seebrücke und Strand.Restaurants ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge.Nicht so optimal ist,dass das Bad von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist.Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

perfekter Kurzurlaub auf Rügen

sehr gepflegtes Haus und Umfeld in geringer Entfernung zum Ortszentrum und zur Seebrücke sowie Strand. Die Einrichtung der FeWo ist modern und gepflegt, besonders schön ist der große Balkon. Der Zugang zum Bad über eines der Schlafzimmer ist nicht ganz optimal.
