House 1/2 miles to Kinnick Stadium in University Heights

Are you traveling in to see a game, and want to bring your family? We can sleep 8-10 and can accommodate the needs of kids! This (4bed/3bath) home is 1/2 miles from Kinnick Stadium and University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics. Also close proximity to Carver Hawkeye Arena and UI Dental School. We have a huge downstairs family room with a Rouku TV (and Wifi) along with a large living room upstairs and a screened in porch and fenced back yard. This residence is home to two wonderful little boys, please be mindful of their bedroom and toys during your stay.

Coming into town M - TH for care at the hospital? Please message us, discounts available for mid-week stays.

This residence is located in University Heights which has a no street parking policy. The home has space for 4 parked cars in the driveway. Access to the garage is limited to garbage and recycling; there is no parking in the garage. Also, as a precautionary measure note that the speed limit is 25 mph on all major streets in UH and is closely monitored.

Property worked out great for seven adults and two infants. Kitchen had everything we needed for holding a backyard tailgate. Perfect location for walking to Kinnick. We will definitely stay here with our next family get together.

Better than Advertised

This property is ideal for a family in town for an Iowa game! The house is bigger than advertised and a perfect gathering place for family or friends. It is a short walk to Kinnick stadium. The house is in great shape and very clean. Mary was very responsive to our questions. I look forward to staying there again.

Thanksgiving visit

We really loved this house. We had family together to visit for Thanksgiving and were able to have a nice dinner together at the house. The house is very nice, clean and spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. The owners were great to work with as well. Love place and very pleasant stay. Thank you.
