Comfort.
It was a very convinient location between Zion Park and Bryce Canyon. It was a very comfortable and we found everything that we need, I really like the decoration and everything that provided. I won't take the excelent rate away, but I have couple of comments. The soap dispenser in the shower was very low in soap; and the step between the kitchen and the living room it is a little to tall, we are in our 60's and were able to manage, however someone older, may have trouble with the step. Place was Excelent and very well located.

Clean, Comfortable, and Cozy.
A small house that feels big with plenty of room for a couple or small family. A great place to come home and relax after a long day of hiking. The owners were very responsive answering inquiries very quickly. We had an issue with a stuck valve on the grill's propane tank but the owner responded immediately and had a replacement within 15 minutes! Steak night was saved! It sits right between Zion and Bryce Canyon NP's so it's a great location if you're planning on hitting both parks. It sits right on the highway so you will hear road noise, especially in the kitchen but the bedroom is at the back of the house so the sound is minimal, and you can't hear any at all when the air is on. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay here again if available on our next trip.

Cute, clean and functional
We made this our home base while exploring Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion. The location is great, fairly central to all of the locations. Check in instructions were super easy, just a little bit of a challenge identifying the right house, as we arrived at night. The house is located on a very busy highway, but very little noise was typically heard from the bedroom, which is located in the back of the house. The house was very clean, and it was obvious the owners take pride in the home. There was plenty of room for just the two of us, but the pull out sofa could be used for another person or couple. A coffee table or a little something to put one’s feet up on while relaxing on the couch would have been more comfortable, but all was fine. The kitchen is extremely functional…very cute and clean. Love the fall decoration touches. Would just recommend maybe some bowls for food preparation, but maybe we missed them somewhere. The owner was extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had while we were at the house. Each question we had was answered within five minutes. I wish all property owners were as responsive as he was!! Overall, an easy and good rental experience.
