This was our second stay at this property. It's bright, spacious, clean, quiet, and in a perfect location for walking anywhere you want to go on Commercial or Bradford in P-town. The host, Ethan, is a pleasure to deal with and always responds quickly. He checks in to make sure things are as expected after you arrive. If you're looking for comfort and convenience, this is the place!

Amazing home! Clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Perfect location - close enough to walk to all the action, yet far enough to enjoy the quiet. Having a parking spot was a pleasant bonus as parking in town can be tricky and costly. The host was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating!!! Highly recommend this home!

Great property. Easy walk to commercial street. The property looked even better then on the pictures. Everthing you need is available in the cottage, comfortable beds and nice outdoor space. The owner checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was satisfactory

Ethan was extremely friendly, I would say the few things that stood out to me were, The title Luxury Condo. I feel this is a bit of a stretch. The bathrooms were old and in dire need of remodeling. The towels that were left for guests were also old and in much need of replacing as well as the stained pillows. I think that asking your guests to wash all the dishes is a bit much as well as stripping the beds. That is what a cleaning service is for. While Ethan was kind and attentive we will not be staying with him again. Attention to small matters such as these are what makes it stick out as a Luxury property. The bathtub upstairs wouldn't even hold water.

We have stayed at many VRBO rentals, including 3 previous ones in Provincetown. Without question, this is the nicest place, the best experience of any rental anywhere! Ethan is a wonder to deal with; always responding immediately and clearly, anticipating things before we ask and smoothing the way. This was the cleanest and most well- equipped home we have stayed in. As soon as you walk in, you will say “Oh yeah, this is good!”. The kitchen is big, spotless, granite counters and fully equipped. The two bedrooms are both large and airy. Lots of windows everywhere, but AC and heat are also readily available.5 minutes walk put us on Commercial Street by Pepe’s Wharf in the thick of things. Quiet and removed but close to it all.This is now our forever Ptown rental. Please don’t tell too many people! LOL

Ethan is a warm, welcoming and responsive host. We have stayed in many vacation homes throughout the country and world and my husband kept commenting how much he felt at home here. The space is large, immaculate and warm. Walking distance to a lovely market and town, yet quiet. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The home has everything you need, and check in is simple with a friendly and accomodating host. I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. I had stayed here in the past under a different owner and the new owner has definitely improved the look and feel of the living area. Hope to stay again in future.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is immaculate. The location is perfect to walk to all the shops and restaurants on Commercial. Ethan was a great host, very responsive to all our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location

The house is perfectly situated a few blocks from Commercial Street and a very short drive to the beaches. The house is roomy and comfortable and nicely decorated. My husband and I had a fantastic 5 days staying here.

The condo is clean and spacious and within easy walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Provincetown. The property is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our cat with us. She loved basking in the morning sun in the bay window. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will be back!
