We are located in a small hamlet in the village of Radonić, in the heart of Dalmatian Zagora, in the immediate vicinity of the Krka National Park.

The family farm has a long tradition of farming and animal husbandry.

In addition to domestic products, since 2022 we have enriched our offer with accommodation for our guests.

In the newly renovated apartments, in addition to the autochthonous traditional atmosphere, we also offer fully equipped and modern accommodation for your pleasant stay.

Visit us and spend unforgettable moments enjoying the beauty and charm of Dalmatian Zagora.

All our accommodation units have a flat-screen TV, Internet Wi-Fi, a terrace with a view of the garden, and in the common yard there is a swimming pool, a children's playground, a barbecue area and a parking space.

In addition to accommodation, we also offer homemade meals and drinks on request for our guests.

You will enjoy the newly renovated accommodation with the possibility of using the new swimming pool within the apartment.

We are in the immediate vicinity of the Krka National Park, the Čikola river canyon, not far from us are the town of Drniš, the town of Skradin, while the town of Šibenik with its cultural sights and gastronomic offer is only 15 km away. Although we are in the heart of Dalmatian Zagora, the first sea beach is only 20 km away.

We are surrounded by bicycle paths, and for guests who want adventure, there is also the ZipLine Šibenik over the Čikola canyon.

For guests arriving by plane at Split or Zadar airport, it is possible to arrange transportation to the house at an additional cost.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement.Ivan et sa famille sont des hôtes très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons ainsi eu la chance de déguster les produits du jardin et le vin fait maison !Un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse.L'appartement est assez petit mais très bien équipé et confortable, et la piscine est magnifique.Nous recommandons à 100% !

Traumhafte Lage, herzliche Gastgeber: Urlaub vom Feinsten!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Ivan und seiner Familie. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Gegend. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung und die Terrasse lud zum Entspannen ein. Ivan war ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hatte immer tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Unser Appartement war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Hübsch eingerichtet. Getränke im Kühlschrank. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, in hohem Maße gastfreundlich und sehr fürsorglich. Das Areal lädt zum entspannen ein, ist ruhig gelegen und ein Traum für Kinder. Der Pool sorgt für angenehme Abkühlung.

Krka waterval ontdekken en slapen bij de meest hartelijke en rustgevende agritourismo.

Wat een geweldig verblijf bij de familie Rudan. Wij wilden dichtbij het Krka natuurpark ziin, maar werden verrast door de accommodatie. Het is een agritourismo met de gastvrijheid van vroeger. Al bij aankomst krijg je een drankje met veel informatie en niet veel later een tas vol producten van hun Boederij. Onbespoten en heerlijk. Zoete vijgen, sappige tomaten, paprika’s en eieren. Zo bijzonder. En een was draaien is geen probleem, wat ons wel uitkwam met de modderige handdoeken. Daarnaast kan je hier echt tot rust komen, in het zwembad of op de veranda met uitzicht over de druiven. Op kleine afstand met de auto is er een supermarkt en een bakker (probeer eens de apfelstrudel!) Je hoort er niets, geen verkeer. Af en toe een zwaluw of de hond. De kamers zijn super schoon en handig ingericht, airco is koel en het zwembad heerlijk. Een ervaring om nooit te vergeten.

Air bnb au milieu des vignes et cultures du propriétaire ! Appartement tres bien agencé! Trés propre face a une tres belle piscine ! On se sent comme chez soit dans ce lieu! L'accueil a été incroyable ! Le gérant est vraiment d'une immense gentillesse ! Il nous fait profiter de ses cultures avec grande générosité. La location est proche de la mer des cascades de Krka et de pleins de jolies villes a découvrir. Nous vous conseillons vivement cet endroit MAGNIFIQUE !

Das Apartment war für uns völlig ausreichend, dazu war es sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ivan und seine Familie sind großartige Gastgeber. Man erlebt selten so eine Gastfreundlichkeit. Es gab jeden Tag Obst oder Gemüse was vorher frisch geerntet wurde. Es gibt an unseren Aufenthalt dort nichts auszusetzen. Es war einfach perfekt! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Au delà de la superbe découverte de ce coin de Dalmatie pendant les dix jours de notre séjour, le sejour dans cet hébergement nous a permis de rencontrer des propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber in schöner Anlage mit Swimmingpool und Gemüsegarten. Ivan und seine Familie haben uns bestens versorgt. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Krka, Sibenik und Drnis.
