The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you use the grill please clean it after use. A 50.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if not left clean.
Pool may be heated to 85 degrees max. Overages will be charge at a daily rate of 30 dollars a day.
Pets must be authorized /disclosed Unauthorized pets is grounds for immediate eviction and will be charged a 250.00 sanitation fee.
