The view was amazing. It was a quiet weekend with excellent weather. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful and quiet place to stay. The view from the 17th floor was amazing and the place was very clean and bright. All the pictures posted are wonderfully accurate, except the feeling when you walk in the door and see it in person is even better! It’s also very close to all the need to go places in Pensacola and walking distance to most of them.

The room was very clean and spacious. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed listeningvto the ocean every night and walking the beach every morning. It was really nice that some of the tennants remembered us from previously staying there.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and very clean. Contact was perfect from booking to leaving. Location is perfect for walking to everything. Can’t wait to come back and book this condo next year.

Excellent Condo, Great View!

We’ve been staying in the emerald coast area for 30 years. This is one of the nicest, and well accommodated units we’ve stayed in. Pensacola Beach has become our go to spot now, and we’ll for sure be happy to stay here again.

Property was beautifully decorated and clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked with all the small appliances we needed, coffee pot, and keurig. The views are stunning! The beach was just steps away from the property, and complimentary umbrella and beach chairs were the perfect addition to our beach days. Lots of places to eat that’s within walking distance.

Above and beyond

First, Kaylin with Beach Bum rentals is amazing! We got there before or check in time and she stored our luggage, hooked us up with a golf cart and gave us a great lunch suggestion, while at lunch she texted and said our luggage has been taken to the condo. The condo was perfect, could not be any happier with our stay!

Springtime pensacola

The weather was spot on no rain for a week water was warm enough to swim but the waves were big. Ha oh well. The views from the balcony were spectacular. First time staying at this property and will be back. Hats off to the maintenance of this building. Many accommodations in the area are not kept up with cleanliness. Our room was very well maintained.

Our stay here was amazing! We enjoyed a week long stay and it was great. The room was so clean and felt like home once we got settled. The beach was beautiful and we loved being on the main part of town. It was nice to have things walking distance and short driving distance! Also enjoyed the new boutique on site with Beach Bum! We look forward to going back soon!

Emerald Isle Unit 1702 Heron Bleu was a excellent condo. It had just been remodeled.

Very good!! There are a lot of codes to deal with. A code for the gate, elevator to room and to get into the building. A very secure place to stay. BeachBum personal very great to deal with!!
