The Landhaus A is a detached holiday home with an outside terrace. The ground floor has the combined living / dining room with telephone, satellite TV, kitchen (4-plate electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), a bedroom with box spring beds (180x210, separate mattresses) and separate bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a separate guest toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with box spring beds (180x210, separate mattresses), private bathroom with shower, toilet, telephone; and a sleeping alcove (140x180) with window for 2 children or 1 adult.
In the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, nestled in a breathtaking natural landscape, lies the Van der Valk Resort Linstow - your family-friendly adventure and holiday park with over 280 holiday homes and holiday apartments as well as a 4-star hotel with 90 rooms. The centerpiece of the complex is a fully covered indoor center with a varied backdrop of international themed restaurants, theater restaurant and á la carte restaurant, bar, small arcade with shops (supermarket, souvenir, boutique), games room, bowling alley and pub. Designed with the utmost diversity in mind, the total area of more than 65 hectares offers enough space to fulfill all holiday dreams. For children and families, the resort offers children's entertainment, an equestrian center, a petting zoo, a playground and of course the tropical adventure pool. Note: desired catering services (half board, all inclusive) are only possible for all travelers.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. :-)
Das Haus (120qm- Wohnung) war in einem guten Zustand und die Sanitäreinrichtungen und Duschen auf den aktuellen Stand.
Die Grünanlagen sowie die Terrasse waren leider mit viel Unkraut durchwachsen, so das wir erstmal die Terrasse vom Unkraut befreien mussten , und auf Nachfrage wurde auch der "Rasen" gemäht .
Nach dem die "Mängel" beseitigt wurden, hatten wir einen schönen14 tägigen erholsamen Urlaub.

Sehr ordentliche modern Unterkunft
Der Park und die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Man kann ins Schwimmbad gehen und hat noch viele andere tolle Möglichkeiten bei Van der Valk. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Angestellten waren stets hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Service war sehr angenehm. Das einzige was vielleicht stören könnte, sind die Geräusche der Autobahn, die man in der Nacht bei offenem Fenster hörte. Der Urlaub ist perfekt für Familie aber auch schön für einen Trip mit seinen Freunden.
