✭✭✭From October 2025 through April 2026, Beachside 1 will be undergoing exterior renovations as part of the community’s ongoing improvement plan. Work may include updates to the building façade, pools, walkways, and surrounding areas. Removal of most/all balcony furniture is probable across these dates. Pool/hot tub will be unavailable during Dec/Jan, but the heated Sandestin pool at the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center remains open and available. Guests may notice construction activity or occasional noise outside the balconies during this period. The renovation schedule and any related impacts are subject to change based on weather and project progress. Our pricing during these dates reflects these temporary conditions.
