Beautiful top floor views of the Smokies! This is a studio loft condo with a fun layout to help you enjoy every moment. Enjoy direct views of the Smokies from the top floor. The unit is thoughtfully laid out with several nooks for you to enjoy. You'll have to make tough choices like choosing either coffee or wine while sitting on the deck, couch or lazing in bed. Relax and enjoy a meal at the dinette table. You'll have a kitchen so you can enjoy home cooked meals. We have 3 units all next door to each other, including this unit, so you can host 4 people each in this same studio loft layout. You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a studio loft condo designed for up to 4 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies. It is located on the 3rd of 3 floors. This space features a queen bed built-in on the wall on the main level next to the deck (what a view!) (counts as a common space) and there's a full / double bed in the loft (counts as 1 bedroom).
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
*** Free 7 day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay. The view was absolutely amazing from the deck. Great view of the mountains and Gatlinburg down below. There are times you are above the clouds. We saw black bears a couple of times on the drive up the mountain. The condo was clean and the perfect size for us. Host was great to communicate with. Overall a great stay!!!

Beautiful Mountain View

My wife and myself spent a long weekend in Gatlinburg while visiting family and this was a very cozy spot to do so. The views of the mountains and ski slopes from this property were amazing. It was also very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg so we could check out all the fun sites and grab dinner. We will definitely look to use this property again next time we are in town visiting.

Great mountain getaway

Me and my partner had an excellent time staying in this beautiful apartment. It had the perfect view and an easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg. My only complaint was that they mentioned in the listing that there was a hot tub and indoor pool access but after we payed and booked we got a message stating that the hot tub area was closed for repairs. Overall great stay, if you want a hot tub for your trip, message before you book to see if it's still closed for repairs.

The listing is accurate and nice for 2 people. I wouldn't suggest it for more. Great view. "Kitchen" is really small but worked fine for us. I am used to mountain roads so driving up the mountain was fine.

we enjoyed out 3 day/ night stay! amazing views! cute little place on top of the mountain. We enjoyed our trek up the mountain each time... it's way up there! our only complaint was that the condo smelled like cigarette smoke pretty bad.. even the blankets in the closest and the leather recliner. Hot water does run out quickly. All in all... great place

Amazing Views!

Yes, the view of the Smoky Mountains was amazing. I loved sitting out on the deck and watching the cable car go by in the distance. The place was very cute and arranged carefully to accommodate several people in a small, but peaceful space. Our teenage daughter loved being in the loft and having her own space just up the spiral staircase. Everything was comfortable and very clean. We used the kitchen to cook some of our own meals and enjoyed the use of the wifi. CP & Rachel were very responsive when I had a question. Willing to help with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful place!

Little Getaway

My husband and I decided to drive from Texas all the way to the Eastern part of TN, it was definitely worth seeing the famous Smokey Mountains, they truly are God’s beautiful creation. The location of this condo was actually great, we had super close proximity to DT Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I couldn’t give a full 5 stars because it just didn’t seem like the place was swept fully and maybe I am being super picky but there was dust build up on the window seals near the bed and on the side table. I’d prefer more cleanliness for the price, but this place is exactly what is shown and what is said to be. Still enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime!

Our communication with the property owner was great! They communicated everything in advance, we knew exactly what to expect before we arrived. They quickly answered any questions we had. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The view and sunrise over then mountain was absolutely breathtaking! The drive to and from the condo also has beautiful views. We loved that we were just a short drive from downtown and a short drive from so many amazing hiking spots!

Cozy loft with amazing view.

This cozy place was everything as described. I have statues around the Gatlinburg area many different times with different views and this was my favorite this far! Was a perfect place for just the two of us to get away for the weekend, but would be great for a longer stay as well. They had many amenities, clean, surrounding area/residents/guests were quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome View

We just returned from a fabulous week in Gatlinburg at CP + Rachel’s condo. Everything was clean and new, cozy and comfortable. We slept in the loft bed which was perfect. The extra storage space was a plus as we could shelve food and empty our suitcases. The corner deck has the best view! And, we saw bears every day! We will be back.
