Property was beautiful, but logistical issues.
The cabin itself is amazing and we loved everything about it. The pool table was an absolute hit and we enjoy our stay. Our only issues were 1.) tree down on the road to cabin made for a longer trip to the cabin. 2.) we ran out of PROPANE and both the gas logs and heating unit were then affected. The last night we stayed, we contacted the company and they didn’t send someone out until after lunch the next day. By then it was in the 50s on the main level of the cabin. We had decided to pack up and head back a day early as we were kind of over it (we also lost power the night prior). On our way out of the cabin area, I called the rental agency. Only then did they say they were planning on moving us to another cabin. It was nearly 2pm by this point.

Nice Area but not clean
House was filthy, walking on the floors your feet were black. Beds were not washed. Outdated appliances. Need a new housekeeper. My mother tripped on the deck which is falling apart. Couch was old and smelled of wet dog. Hot Tub was disgusting and needed chemicals. We couldn’t even use it. Garbage was left in the house and cans. Beautiful area, but We didn’t get was described.

Secluded cabin within reasonable distance of the Smokies!
My family and I loved the remote location of this beautiful cabin that was still accessible to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. With 4 adults and 3 young adults (13-17), we had plenty of space and enough breathing room for all of us. We all enjoyed sitting by the gas fire pit for s’mores at night, sitting in the hot tub as rain came down (but we were fully covered!) and playing pool tournaments all weekend. Finding the cabin can be a little difficult with GPS (service is spotty)- make sure to read the directions in the email. They also included a handy FAQ guide for important info on trash storage (bears!), the fireplace, and check out procedures. The drive up is a little scary if you’re not used to the area- expect steep climbs and descents, one lane roads (always go slow!), and GORGEOUS views. Only critiques I would have would be: -More lighting at the hot tub area (we found that the floodlight on the back of the cabin worked fairly well) -Add some essentials in the kitchen (measuring cups would have been awesome, maybe some aluminum foil/parchment paper/etc, more place settings for groups of larger guests) Overall, my family and I loved this cabin and we would choose to come back if we visit the area again. Thank you!

Not typical
Cabin was one of the nicer many cabins I have stayed at over the years. The drive up the hill was typical... I suggest doing it the first time in the daytime. Pool table, game system, tvs, internet, hot tub and several other convenient items made the cabin first rate. I would have liked to see better outdoor porch lighting maybe party lights on the railing Pretty dark... Family all had a Great Time
