This is not a tract house, rather a large 2700 sq foot home nestled in the trees. 🌳Off the beaten path yet only 5 mins to the quaint, historic downtown Belton, 6 mins to Belton Expo center or UMHB , and 20 minutes to Belton Lake! Newly upgraded floors, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. Two master bedrooms to choose from plus 3 full baths and two other bedrooms, a living room, den and an outdoor wood deck to enjoy the oaks.
Enjoy waking up to a variety of birds chirping as you sip your morning coffee on the outdoor deck under the trees. Evening wine & appetizers out on the deck is relaxing too!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return the garage remote to the kitchen counter. Check bathroom drawers, medicine cabinets & bedroom closets for any personal items. Don't forget your phone charging cords that may be plugged in 😊
Gather all wet towels and strip the beds that have been used. Please place soiled linens in the laundry room.
Make sure to shut the air conditioner off and check all five doors to make sure they are locked. Press the Shlage button to lock the front door. Thank you.😊
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check-out time is 11 AM CST. Please be punctual with departure so housekeeping can stay on schedule. Early check-in may be ok with prior approval.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed. If smoke is detected in the house a specialized cleaning w/ a minimum $500 fee will be charged
Remember you are out in nature. Keep pets close to you at all times when venturing out. Please clean up after pets regardless of where they defecate.

Such a spacious, lovely home! We appreciated the spacious living areas (yes, there are two) and bedrooms, open kitchen, sectional sofa, and outdoor areas. Plenty of towels and linens (including the kitchen!), nice pantry space for storing groceries, and three full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook rather than go out. Win, all the way around.Do note the driveway in is indeed unpaved and bit rough once you leave paved road, but it's nice to be secluded and yet still in town. We saw deer, raccoons, and an armadillo!Michele is a superb host, excellent communication with quick responses. We would happily stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at the hidden gem so much. Very spacious and homey! Our group was very comfortable! We enjoyed seeing the deer and wildlife. We also loved how close it was to town but felt like you were in the country. Great stay. Would highly recommend. Communication with host was great.
