- Main Floor: Features a cozy living room, a dining room for shared meals, a fully outfitted kitchen with breakfast nook, three bedrooms, and one full bathroom.

- Attic: The upstairs attic holds two additional bedrooms and a small playroom, offering a quiet retreat for kids or adults.

- Basement: The lower level has a large recreation room, a ping pong table (tight fit!), a second refrigerator, and a chest freezer. It also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and Wi-Fi printer, a washer and dryer, and the home's second full bathroom.

- Outdoor Living: Your group will love the large, fully enclosed backyard. It features a grill for barbecues and a fire pit for evening gatherings. A convenient dog door provides direct access to the yard from the master bedroom.

- Security cameras are installed facing the driveway, side door, and front door. There are no cameras indoors or in the backyard.

Guest Access: Guests will have full and private access to the entire house and the fully enclosed backyard. For your convenience, you can enjoy all the amenities described.

- Equipped for families and dogs - 2 pack 'n plays with sheets, 2 child booster seats, children's toys, games, puzzles, baby gates or doors, and a dog door makes traveling with little ones and dogs a lot easier.

- Bathroom Locations: The home has two full bathrooms. One is located on the main floor, and the second is in the basement.

- No Air Conditioning: In keeping with its 1940s charm, the house does not have air conditioning. We provide fans for every room to keep you comfortable during the occasional warm days.

- Ping Pong Table: There is a ping pong table in the basement for your enjoyment, but please be aware that the playing space around it is tight.
