Apartment, 25sqm, with 1 bedroom, TV in the bedroom, 1 kitchen and bathroom. Both apartments are next to each other front to the yard. Own entrance. Available from 2 to 4 people. There is a local tourist tax of 1EUR per person per day. Children from 0-11 years pay no city tax.

Two newly furnished apartments with about 25 square meters (for 2 - 4 people) located in the center, about 5 minutes walk to the Europa Park. A separate bedroom, a cozy kitchen with kitchenette and bathroom. Sheets, towels, kitchen utensils and TV available. One apartment is facing the courtyard, the other is facing the garden. Barbecue and parking are available. There is a local tourist tax of 1EUR per person per day. Children from 0-11 years pay no city tax. Washing machine is in the laundry room (basement next to the garage) and can be used on request.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

The apartment was great, and just what our family of three needed for a trip to Rulantica/EuropaPark. However, both nights we stayed, there was extremely loud music and partying happening downstairs. The first night, it started around 10pm, but only lasted for about an hour. I tried knocking, but no one answered. The next night, the music didn’t start until well after 1am. Then the group of guys started screaming along to the songs. This went on for hours. As I was already in bed, I didn’t get up to try and get them to stop. They were obviously drunk, and I didn’t feel safe confronting them. The property would be wonderful if not for the inconsiderate neighbors.

Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt in Rust war wie immer Super da wir gezielt in den Europapark gehen. Die Ferienwohnung ließ aber zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war gut und auch die Bezahlung vor Ort hat auch geklappt. Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber. Der KĂŒhlschrank war an einigen Stellen dreckig und im BiomĂŒll lagen noch Reste. Von Haaren auf der Couch und Boden auch KrĂŒmmelig. Sauber ist was anderes. Bad war OK nur das Wasser war nicht kontinuirlich warm.

Wohnung 2

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und die Vermieterin freundlich. Der Europapark war in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass in der Wohnung das Signal fĂŒrs WLAN nicht ganz reichte, deshalb 1 Stern Abzug. Insgesamt war es aber ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

TrĂšs bel appartement , trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© , emplacement parfait mais trĂšs mauvaise communication avec Abritel et mĂȘme lĂ  proprio malgrĂ© des envoies de messages et mail : aucune rĂ©ponse c est trĂšs dommage car sinon cela serait parfait

Alquilamos un apartamento que segun en las fotos eran con habitaciones separadas y acabamos todos en la enntrada del apartamento todos juntos, pero lo peor de todo que a la hora de pagar , me cobraron 16 euros de mas no se porque y que no podia pagar con tarjeta y tuve que buscarme la vida para sacar dinero y pagar en metalico

Keine PrivatsphÀre, LÀrm aber Zimmer ok

Als wir nach langer Fahrt (4,5 h) und Europa-Park Aufenthalt abends 19 Uhr ankamen, wurden wir nicht so herzlich empfangen. Frau Weber war eher aufgeregt, weil sie die falschen SchlĂŒssel rausgeben hat. Wir hatten also mit unseren 4 jĂ€hrigen Kind ca. 20 min warten mĂŒssen. Die Ferienwohnung war ok. Der Schrank mĂŒsste mal gebaut werden, da dieser krumm und schief ist und somit nicht zu schließen ging. Auf dem Schrank Dreck. Mikrowelle war ziemlich dreckig von vorherigen GĂ€sten. Matratzen waren zu weich, sodass wir RĂŒckenschmerzen hatten und nicht schlafen konnten (aber jeder mag es anders). Nach den langen Tag am Sonntag das nĂ€chste Erlebnis. Unser Kind und wir konnten nicht schlafen, da ab 20:30 so laute Musik aus der Garage kam und die Kreismaschine mehrmals bedient wurde. 21:45 war dann endlich Ruhe eingekehrt. Es war wahrscheinlich der Sohn oder enkel. Auf jeden Fall nicht schön und gehört sich nicht. In den Fall hĂ€tte die Vermieterin eingreifen mĂŒssen. Wenn wir nicht gefragt hĂ€tten, hĂ€tte man uns den Garten auch nicht gezeigt. Hier hatte man auch nicht wirklich, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, PrivatsphĂ€re, denn man saß vor dem Wintergarten der Vermieterin. Geplant hatten wir Sonntag bis Sonntag, sind aber am Mittwoch schon los. Schade das wir so unseren Urlaub nicht ganz genießen konnten. Das Geld ist weg aber wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Europa-Park. Was sehr positiv ist, war die Entfernung dorthin. Ca 10min

Alleen het cash betalen vind ik niet netjes. Ik bepaal zelf voor ik wil betalen. En op reis betaal ik altijd via credit card. Ik moest nu eerst naar een bank rijden om zoveel geld te gaan halen. Geen bewijs of niets. Dit kan gewoon niet.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht. Vermieterin ist auch sehr freundlich. Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Keine 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Europa Park. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alles, was man braucht. Der Europapark ist wirklich zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
