Dear guests Welcome to the newly furnished 3-room apartment Baumann in Ringsheim. We offer a 58 sqm large, modern Non smoking apartment with large terrace (for sole use), separate entrance and free parking space on your doorstep. The apartment has two bedrooms (double bed (1,80x2,00), two single beds, beds), a bathroom with tub (hand-bath towels incl.) A living-dining room with sofa bed, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi, and a separate Kitchen with equipment. Our house is located in a quiet residential area just a few meters away from hiking-cycling-walking trails. A small animal enclosure and a forest playground can be reached quickly. In the village you will find bakery / grocery, butcher, pizza delivery service, winemakers, distillers and restaurants. Grocery stores, shops and shops are just 3 km away. Swimming pools and lakes in the area offer fun or relaxation. Ringsheim is by its very good transport links ideal starting point for excursions: z. B. Europa Park Rust 4 km, nature reserve Taubergießen, Kenzingen adventure climbing forest, museums, waterfalls, Steinwasen Park, Laguna Badeland, monkey forest, Freiburg, Baden Baden, Basel, Colmar, Strasbourg, Alsace and much more are waiting for you. „Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, gemütlich und seh gut ausgestattet – auch wenn sie im Kellergeschoss liegt, fühlt man sich keineswegs ‚unterirdisch‘. Ein unerwartetes Highlight: die Spülmaschine hat sich eines Abends von selbst geöffnet..., was uns (zwei Frauen im mittleren Alter)mega verunsichert hat – auf Nachfragen wohl der neusten Technik geschuldet... Der Vermieter war eher kurz angebunden (fast schon ein wenig genervt und nicht unbedingt der herzlichste Gastgeber)aber am Ende hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft– Spuki war's trotzdem...

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zwar nur für ein kurz Urlaub im Europa-Park, zu Gast in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Doch der Vermieter hat uns gleich sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Sogar Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Einen Parkplatz hatten wir direkt vor der Tür. Es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt, war alles tip top sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.
