This Luxurious Condo consisting of 3 bedrooms (Maximum guest 6), 2 bathrooms (with hot water), kitchen, dining room, living room (with Smart Television with Kemosat streaming), laundry area, and with Air conditioning so you can sit comfortably and enjoy the Water Front View.
This condo has 24/7 security. There are outdoor cameras in front of the door and elevator, also a camera located in a common space, to provide additional security for our guests. Don’t worry about losing your Key to enter into the condo, we will provide you with your own unique pin code.
The complex has plenty of amenities including 3 pools, fitness center, running track on the roof, sauna, and kids play ground. It has amazing and perfect view of Water Front (Puerto Sans Souci and Ozama River). Located across Zona Colonial which is the historic district of Santo Domingo, which is one of the most visited historic areas, it is close distance from museums, restaurants, bars and pedestrian zone.

WOW! WOW! WOW!
I really didn’t know what to expect, but it exceeded my expectation. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, relaxing, where you can decompress. The view is amazing you feel as if you were on top of the river. The technology inside was incredible has everything you needed. I plan to return to this wonderful peaceful place. As you walk outside you have the history of “ Christoper Columbus house” Zona colonial with different restaurants and food for every different taste and bars, between 3 and 5 minutes walk. I give this place a five stars neat clean presentable. The Host Ms Maribel Ceballos friendly person to work with thank you for everything.

I wish I would have known before booking...
These are my pros and cons. Things to consider before booking this non-refundable condo that are not disclosed.
Pros: Clean, modern, nice views, nice location and safe location. Within a mile walk you're in the colonial district - restaurants, historic sites and souvenir shops.
Cons: Elevator was not working during my entire stay - 4 nights (according to locals, it hasn't worked for about a week prior). Went almost 12 hours without water. This is normal according to locals. The condo allows you 3x per day for water usage. Schedule fluctuates. But by 10pm absolutely no water! This was the highest level of anxiety during my stay not knowing if I will have water and trying to coordinate my schedule with the strict water schedule.
Electricity tends to come and go - not sure if they have a generator but I went 40 minutes without electricity.
I would not book here again. I understand things happen that are out of our control but it definitely put a strain on my vacation - choose wisely since it's not a hotel and non-refundable.

Melissa. Absolutely, would not accept you again in mine apart. Before you start your vacation, l explained to you through the platform that we have water scheduled because the water drought all the island. You know those things before you took your trip because l explained it to you. The elevator it is things with out of my control. I hope you know that. However the water is something theres don't happen for the all year unfortunately it happens in your vacation l don'thave control of that neither .About the electric you know l had to contact you because you disconnected the camera inside the apartment fot the Ring bell door,, them you what say the you was nor in the apartment, and l have you in my other camera showing you out side you and your family come in and come out. So you are lie. Remember don't lie to cover your wrong doing the camera don't lie. And l know what because if the electric when out the camera was not available to works. I will not Rent to you again.
