Great location near the beach but away from the crowds. Fully equipped town home across from the Trolley Stop for easy beach access, walking distance to restaurants, Clearwater Aquarium and groceries. Three large bedrooms with high quality sheets and fluffy duvets. We travel often and know how important nice sheets and towels can be during your stay. That combined with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable furnishing are key to a perfect stay. The three story townhome includes a two car garage, loft and a full bath for each of the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds the third has two twin beds. Main living and one queen bedroom on the second floor, two bedrooms and a laundry room on the third floor. The loft is above the master bedroom.
This home requires a minimum 30 day rental, an interview with the condo association and a background check. It sounds like a lot, but you get so much more than you would at most places for a lot less. This is a beautiful townhome, it’s yours for the full month whether you decide to be there the entire time or not. The background and application fee is paid directly to the association. $100 application fee and $60 for a married couple or $40 per persons

Our stay was perfect. We were close to everything we needed, the beach, restaurants and took the Trolley everywhere. The home had plenty of space for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely recommend this stay to our friends and family.

We loved the condo and the surrounding area. Very nice quiet community…you can walk to Clearwater beaches or take the trolley, the pool is beautiful, and Publix is next door! We hope to be back next year!
Stefanie was very attentive with any concerns. The condo had all amenities to stay like a regular house. Pool was warm and amazing, hot tub also. Very nice seperate lower and upstairs bedrooms If you have people stay. You have your own privacy. I would stay again.
This rental property has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is a rare find for the price. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nicely decorated and roomy. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, coffee pot, dish towels, spices and everything else to make you feel at home. There is 2 restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. And the owners are very nice and extremely helpful if you need anything. If you don't want to drive, their is a jolly trolley to take you to the beaches, local shops and restaurants. You can look them up on line. You cannot look for a better place to stay then Island Way in Clearwater. And there is an amazing pool and hot tub for you to use also.

Why they chose this property
Island Estates is a quite neighborhood, away from the noise and traffic of the beach, but close enough to walk to all the fun. A Trolley runs regularly so no need to worry about trying to find parking beachside.
