The Bluff Villas are the perfect Hilton Head vacation villa rentals for those who want to be close to the South Beach Marina Village. 1741 Bluff Villa is a cozy third floor villa with a screened-in porch overlooking the Braddock Cove. This villa has tiled floors and lots of beach décor giving you the vacation vibes you are seeking.

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with a glass topped dining table that seats four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has tiled counters and a flat top stove. Just off the dining area is the living room with a wraparound cabinet that has a desk on one end, a gray sofa, matching loveseat, and a mounted 55” TV. The sliding doors open to a screened-in balcony with a ceiling fan and two high-top chairs. This overlooks the back yard and Braddock Cove.

Down the hall is the master suite with sky blue walls, a king bed with built-in bookshelves as a headboard, a mounted 40” TV, and access to the screened-in balcony. Also located within this bedroom is a closet with a stacked washer and dryer. The nicely updated hall bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower with a bench seat.

Bluff Villas are in the South Beach area at the very tip of Sea Pines Plantation. Here, guests are only a two-minute walk from the beach. You'll also enjoy lovely views of Braddock Cove and the Calibogue Sound.

Sea Pines Hide-a-way

Great modern, clean condo with a comfy king bed tucked on the South end of Sea Pines. Walk across the street to the beach or down the road to dinner. Jump on the bike path and ride for hours. Loved the nature preserve and so much wildlife!

Great until the end

It was great until the cleaning people came into the condo before checkout time. They did not knock. They just used the key code to get in. I was very upset but they did not speak much English. They pushed past me with a huge trash bag. I made them leave. I was very upset and called but not sure it was well received

Great overall experience

The property is even better than described. We already stayed at Bluff Villas but this unit with the screened balcony is very unique and enjoyable at night. We had just a minor issue when we were relaxing at home and we heard the key lock being opened from outside with the entry code. It was just the maintenance guy and he was very polite in explaining he wasn’t aware the unit was occupied. We were at home but imagine getting back from the beach qnd finding someone in the house or worse getting out of the shower with a stranger in the bedroom. The property management should have notified us. Another minor problem was related to bugs: we found several in the house of different types and as said, given the screened porch and the pest control, we assumed there would have been a few less. In any case, it’s Hilton Head during Summer so bugs need to be accounted for. Overall a very nice house, stay and experience with the property management. Just fix the couple of flaws, and you’ll give your customers the “above and beyond” vacation.
