Quirks/Charms We love that the house has history and age which provides a bit of quirky character. For example, you may find some squeaky floor boards, light switches are not always right at the doors-hint- look across the room, and it takes a few seconds for the water diverter to fully divert water in shower. Nothing major - we hope you enjoy Apt C as much as we do!

Located just steps to Austin Peay University Campus. Historical home tastefully modernized with everything needed for your stay. Many eating and drinking establishments minutes from property. Everything was perfect for our God Daughters graduation get together for gifts, cake, and memories made.
We came down from Ohio to visit my son who is stations at Fort Campbell. It was close to his base and it was close to the downtown area. We had a good time. The only concern is there was a tornado warning during our stay, so we just hung out in the stair well/laundry area. We didn’t know if there was somewhere else to take shelter. Other than that little hiccup we loved our little apartment while we stayed.
We are recently empty nesters and enjoy travelling to visit our kids who are scattered across the country.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property while we were visiting two of our children who had just recently moved to the Clarksville area. This house has so much character and history. We have enjoyed working on this house and hope you love it as well.
