I love the layout of the condo, and the location but this visit the room was very dirty. It seemed like the beds was changed and it had clean towels, but the floor was not swept, and the bathrooms had not cleaned.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Suggestions would be blinds on the windows. Light still came through the curtains from the hallway.
Smart TVs would have been great but all worked fine.
Master shower floor made a popping noise when you stepped on it.
Overall it was a great place for the family. Plenty of towels and space. Great view.

Hard sell in the Smokies
This property claims to be a resort, but is not much more than a grouping of large motel buildings. Situated on a loud road, and greeted at the reservation desk by over the top time share salespeople, this is not the relaxing experience I would normally enjoy in the Great Smokey Mountains. We’ve been to this area many times, and this property is definitely not up to our expectations. The rooms were nice sized nut the furniture was very uncomfortable, again, think cheap motel quality, the lighting was harsh and the bathrooms were old and needed rehab. We tried it out but will not stay here again.
