Great rental. The house was super clean and so well decorated. Lots of amenities and small touches you typically don’t see in a rental which was noticed and appreciated! We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay in this property again!

If you are ever in the Nashville area and are looking for a really nice, clean, and smelling great place, this is definitely your spot. Carol was EXTREMELY easy to get in touch with, she was very quick to ALWAYS respond. And the location was perfect as well. And, the best part of all it, was the checking out - There wasn't a laundry list of things that had to be done!We will definitely be staying here again---

Would definitely recommend! The property was exactly as described very clean and spacious. One thing to note is that the upstairs rooms don’t have walls that go all the way to the ceiling, so you can hear noise from other rooms.The location was great about a 20-minute walk to Broadway, which made it easy to get around.

Nashville get away!

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Nashville. Close enough to walk to Broadway or easy to drive down and park as well. The home was well stocked and the coffee bar was perfect. Very comfortable and a great place to stay!

Perfect Nashville Home

Amazingly clean and thoroughly appointed Nashville gem of a vacation destination with all the right amenities. Easy walk to Broadway and incredibly close to the best venue in town, 3rd and Lindsey! Secure parking was a huge blessing. We loved everything about this wonderful getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this Nashville VRBO. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described, perfect for a weekend getaway. Carol was very accommodating and her rental was perfect. Close enough for a $6 Uber ride to Broadway, in a quieter part of Nashville. Modern appliances throughout, well lit, and safe. Highly recommend.

This property is a very nice townhome ,very well equipped ,super super clean and very convenient to the downtown Broadway location. The host is extremely accessible and very fast with responses. Nashville Wedding

House was beautiful plenty of room for 4 adults. main bathroom was huge and gorgeous we spent most of the time being tourist and spending time with the family. But the house was the perfect place to unwind
