We were a party of 2 couples 1 all over 60 years old. The house and location were Great! The layout was just right for all of us to enjoy private space but also great common area. All rooms, kitchen and family areas were very clean and well maintained. I absolutely recommend this home for a great stay!

Our gathering of sux women could not have been better at this property. We were comfortable, could easily come and go, and found everything we needed. It’s a beautiful section of Carmel and one night we enjoyed a sunset on the front porch.

Very clean and well stocked (towels, incidentals, etc.). Great layout for guests. No knick knacks which was great because we had a two year old. Exterior of the house was nice but not child or elderly friendly, very uneven ground. The exterior needs a good power wash and I would have given it a 5 had it been done. Short and easy drive to Carmel by the Sea. QUIET, QUIET area.

Regarding the house: There were bath mats and soap. Propane tank was nearly out. However, once Kyle was notified all the items were immediately provided. Due to the hot weather and no AC, we couldn't take advantage of sitting outside because the patio furniture were dirty. Suggestions: Having available foil, plastic rap and Windex spray would be helpful.

Loved every second of my trip! Was perfect location to everything we needed. Would have loved some firewood for the chimney, not sure the rules and regulations out there, but that was the only thing I could think of for it to be better. Perfect spot

Spotless house perfect in every respect tough to walk around the neighborhood with no sidewalks, but that’s to be expected in Carmel,very clean. We had a heat spell while we were there so we were a little warm, but besides that everything was perfect.

We loved our stay at this home that is located in a quiet neighborhood a little less than a mile from restaurants and shops. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 5 day vacation.
