This completely renovated Carmel home is now ready to welcome guests.
Beautiful furnishings, appointments and amenities have been carefully selected and placed throughout this 1,552 sf home.

Located in a quiet, established neighborhood in the Mission Fields area, not far from the Crossroads and Barnyard Shopping Centers, Carmel Mission Basilica and Carmel River Beach, guests of this home will be central to everything up and down the coast. The natural wonders of Point Lobos State Reserve and Big Sur are just a short drive away, and downtown Carmel by the Sea and the entire Monterey Peninsula are also just a short drive from the home.

Living areas and kitchen are fully renovated and well-equipped with all the necessities of life and many extras for your comfort. Modern light fixtures, new hard floor surfaces, stainless steel appliances, stunning tiled backsplash and gold accents adorn the kitchen.

A decorative fireplace in the living room, with a large flat screen TV mounted above, is a great place to gather for conversation on the comfy sofa. An additional seating area has a long table and 5 armchairs, perfect for TV viewing, playing games or even working on your laptop. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open concept and the high ceilings give the space an airy, lofty feeling. The TV is wifi-enabled for guests to log into their own streaming apps (no cable).

The living room sliding door opens toward the large, privacy-fenced front yard with an attractive deck which provides a seamless transition from inside to outside. A gas BBQ grill is on hand and ready to go.

Lovely location

We had a lovely stay. The house is extremely convenient to walks along the front and not far for the restaurants around Ocean Ave. the check-in was a breeze and no issues with getting into the home. The place was very clean and everything worked perfectly. We will be back !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay. Only suggestion is to add a couple of full length mirrors. Only 2 mirrors in the house are the two in the bathrooms. Makes it hard to get ready when 7 people are staying in the house. Also, trash cans in the bathroom. Water pressure in the smaller bathroom needs to be checked, it was barely dripping. None of these things really bothered us, but we would have liked. We might have missed it because it was stored somewhere else, but we didn’t see any outside furniture, so we couldn’t spend anytime in the beautiful yard. Also beach chairs.

Very Happy

This home was the perfect size for our family of 6 adults. We easily had room for 2 more adults. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was close to everything on our itinerary. The staff were very friendly, quick, and helpful to respond to our needs and make sure our check in was easy. Some of our guests preferred fluffier pillows, but overall we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay.

Great location for Carmel/Monterey proximity plus quiet refuge

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location, walking distance to a main shopping plaza with great coffee, restaurants, and groceries. Quick drives to the beach and aquarium, but nice to be away from the action. House is a bit smaller than we anticipated, but we made do. Had an issue with a clogged toilet first night there from previous guest. An inconvenience but they have an after hours line and made the repair first thing during normal business hours next day.

Beautiful!

We had a lovely time at Carmel Pearl. The house was pristine upon arrival and the welcoming wine, music and cheese were very appreciated. The home is cozy and in an ideal location. We biked the 17 mile Drive, ate at many charming Carmel restaurants, and enjoyed going to Carmel beach. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Amazing vacation!
