This property was perfectly located for our visit to Carmel and Monterey. Listening to the waves while sitting on the deck was amazing! Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was a must. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean as was the whole house. I would stay there again!

Great property and perfect location

Beautiful home with walking distance to a footpath to the beach. Nice clean and roomy. The house has a great floor plan and is in a well established quiet neighborhood south of downtown. Tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful art. Beds and linens were comfortable and we slept well. Great views from the kitchen and living room. The kitchen could use a better selection of plates , bowls, glasses etc. but all in all a wonderful rental.

Christmas 2019

Returned this year for another wonderful visit to Carmel. Our family of 4 enjoyed the spacious home, open kitchen and comfortable living room. Cooked lots of delicious dinners, made fires, played games and walked in the bluffs. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Carmel Family Getaway

We have stayed in this house since 2019 around Veteran’s Day weekend to celebrate the life of my husband, who we lost 5 years ago. We love this house as it is our family’s place of comfort and peace. Love the location and it being a quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to replace the refrigerator and replace the broken taped Keurig coffee maker for the nightly rental price of the house.

Beautiful location

This house is all about the location! We loved sipping our morning coffee while looking at the ocean, as well as enjoying the view while prepping in the kitchen or snacking on the side deck. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, so we loved listening to the birds while relaxing in the hot tub, and the peacefulness all around. It was a very short walk to some lovely trails where we could admire the scenic ocean as well as the many sea birds in the area as we walked. The house itself is also full of lovely and interesting artwork that we had spirited and fun discussions about throughout the weekend. It is also located where it was so easy to get anywhere we needed to - for groceries, dining, etc. Pictures don't really do the place justice, it was simply lovely!
