Clean, comfortable unit right on the beach

Lovely well equipped kitchen. Nice bed. Plenty of electrical outlets and well functioning plumbing. Appreciated safety precautions—smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, stair railings and locks. Steps out to pool, barbecues, picnic tables, plentiful chairs and loungers, ping pong table, children’s area and the beautiful beach. I had a lovely peaceful 5 days and will hope to be back.

We enjoyed our stay: property was clean, well kept and very well located. Right on the beach, with a pool, beach volleyball court, ping pong table, fire pit & barbecues. Everything was there for a great vacation! The area is quiet and safe, easy parking. Lots of restaurants and grocery options around as well. We would come back!

This was a nice spot and very clean. Updated and spacious. This picture of the bedroom appears smaller than the room actually was. The owner was accessible to talk with through out our stay and accommodating. Would recommend.

location, location, location. this property sits right on the beach next to beach 5 - a family friendly location. it was exactly as advertised, was clean and is well maintained. we had a great time at wasaga, and this rental property fit us well!

We rented this place for the long weekend, upon arrival.. There was a puddle in front of the door (no rain). Went inside, the place was very clean but very small. The bed was super hard. The dryer didnt work. The garbage outside was overflowing. Parking is limited and neighbor decided to park between 2 spots, making it very difficult for me to park. I ended up having a family emergency so I left a day early.

L'endroit etait tres propre et acxes direct a la plage un beau plus! Mais il avait du bruit au dessus de nous excessif jour et nuit donc aucune tranquillité j'ai communiquer avec la propriétaire et aucuns suivis a été fait de sa part,manquais des éléments dans le condos, et 3 bbq sur 5 de fonctinnais pas!

Why they chose this property

Its in a great location in beach 4. The water is shallow and have direct access to the beach. It is a family friendly property with amenities such as fire pit, heated pool ( only may- September) and outdoor ping pong table. The basement unit is fitted with a comfortable queen size bed, a klikklak sofa and a full kitchen. I love this property because as a mother of small children, I have made this property very comfortable for families.
