INDOOR POOL, HOT TUB, PRIVATE 86 acre Retreat and Event Space

Privacy assured on 86acres with open space, extra-large deck, indoor pool that opens to the outside, hot tub, sauna, 3 fire pits, swimmable pond with beach, covered bridge, movie theater, rec space with bar and 9ft pool table all while being within minutes of everything the Bethel area has to offer. This is the perfect space for large gatherings of friends and families to spread out and enjoy time together. Weddings and events are allowed. Please ask for details before booking to assure we can host your event. Prices listed are for up to 12 people. Please enter the number of guests for accurate pricing. This is to create affordable access to the property for smaller groups. If more people stay at the property than booked, the difference in cost and a fee will be deducted from the security deposit. The same applies to pets brought without paying the pet fee. We are trying to be fair with pricing so we ask for the same respect in return. Thank you for understanding.

What an amazing stay!!! The host went above and beyond, there was so many small details setup for us to have upon our arrival. Such as a hot cocoa basket with tea and coffee. The property itself is stunning and so spacious. The host was very helpful and responsive when we were communicating. We will be staying again!!

This house has everything you can possibly need! Every amenity from pools toys, theater room, every kitchen gadget you can think of and more. The beds were so comfortable! Everything was easily accessible and the grandkids spent almost all day in the pool and hot tub. The sons used the sauna daily. So many things to do inside. We cannot wait to come back in warmer weather and enjoy the outside as well! We rent houses for our annual family Christmas. All 11 adults and 7 grandkids said this was their favorite place. We will be back!

This was an amazing property! We had a large group with kids ranging from ages 6-15. All of the kids enjoyed this stay! Plenty of fun activities for all. Swimming at the pool was the top rated activity in our group but many also enjoyed the boating, beach area, frog catching, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, volleyball, corn hole, theater room and more. This property was clean, plenty of seating, comfortable sleeping arrangements, house was well equipped with all cooking utensils/needs. We loved that this property was dog friendly as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Comfy home, great location

Our extended family stayed to ski Sunday River. Proximity to mountain was great. Home is so comfortable, lots of space to hang out. Plenty of air mattresses provided, tons of comfy blankets, the pool was so fun and hot tub an essential apres! Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

The house is incredible! Although there are fun things to do within 30 minutes driving distance, you won’t need or want to leave the house! It was immaculate and contained everything you could ever need: every kitchen utensil or device, popcorn for the popcorn machine (!), s’mores ingredients, tons of board games, smart devices and speakers throughout the house, life vests and goggles, all the TVs were smart TVs already logged in to all the major streaming services, and the list goes on. The beds were all comfortable and the linens as well as the towels were all of great quality. When we had a small issue we were able to text the property manager who got back to us and resolved things right away. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. It was well worth the cost. We hope to come back soon.

Hanover Vacation at Birch Lane

We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again!

Everything you could ask for - and more!

From start to finish, this was hands down the most incredible getaway. We booked for our daughters Sweet 16, as she wanted to make memories with her closest friends rather than have a big party. The thoughtful gift and card from our hosts on arrival for the birthday girl, coupled with gorgeous home and amazing amenities made for the best weekend ever! Can’t wait to come back!!

This property is just as beautiful as it appears online. We spent most of our time in the pool but the hot tub and pond got plenty of use as well! The tweens loved having their own area in the lower level, where there are two bedrooms (bunk and hibernation), access to the pool and hot tub, as well as the movie theater, pool table, and bar. Up the spiral staircase are two more bedrooms, the kitchen and living room, and decks facing out to the backyard and woods. Plenty of dI she’s and cookware in the kitchen, watercraft for the pond, noodles and towels for the pool. Everyone had a wonderful trip. Thanks again!

Excellent Vacation Getaway

This home has more than exceeded our expectations. Very impressed with the cleanliness, privacy, large range of amenities, beautiful spacious yard and friendly communication. Easy check in and check out. Our family of 16 ranged from ages 5 - 63 and there was never a dull moment. We will most definitely rebook this place again!!!
