This property was in the most peaceful and private location. House was clean and tastefully decorated. So comfortable with plenty of room . We had a small intimate wedding ceremony with just our immediate family and fur babies. Loved the pool, hot tub, sauna , games and fire pits!! The most perfect place to celebrate any occasion .

This has been the best vacation! You truly JUST need go bring yourself and some clothes! Groceries are right down the road, Bethel is a quick trip otherwise we never left the property. Very clean property, well maintained property. Janna is an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay! All the water activities you can imagine, kayak, paddle boards, swimming, and most importantly, so relaxing!! We are already talking about the next time we can visit!

Our(2 families, 17 of us) stay was fantastic. Accommodations were great with plenty of room for us all. Very well stocked with all needed supplies. The pool was a big hit as well as the pond for skating. This is an annual trip for many years and first time staying at this property which was our best experience yet.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the hosts! We try to do a whole family vacation (Our kids and their kids) every other year and this was perfect for us. You should know that it is about 10 miles in either direction to the nearest real grocery store, but we are used to that. Every space was just perfect for us. I (67F) kayaked for the first time ever on the pond (without falling in). Pool, air hockey and ping pong were favorites of the kids and we ALL enjoyed the beautiful indoor pool. Kitchen is beautiful and easy to work in with lots of helpers. Open space for cooking, dining and living room made it easy for everyone to call out responses when playing crazy games. I should mention that there were plenty of games there, but our grandkids had brought a heaping tote full of their own! Gas grills on two levels and multiple fire pits depending on where you want to gather. The wifi didn't have quite enough bandwidth for everything to be going at the same time, but we only really had a problem when we "needed" to watch the Yankees on the tv in the living room! All in all, a perfect place for us!

The hosts were great - They were super responsive! We loved the house - especially the hot tub and full size pool. Plenty of bedrooms and our group enjoyed the movie theater in the evening! I would certainly book this house again.

This property is just as described and more! Every detail has been thought of and planned for so that you can make the most of your stay. There were a few glitches with the Vrbo app itself but the property owner more than made up for it. The property is beautiful, very clean and at the same time feels comfortable and family friendly. There are amenities for both pets and people! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, air hockey, movie room and so much more!! We are already discussing when we will be booking this location again. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing property with us!

What an amazing stay!!! The host went above and beyond, there was so many small details setup for us to have upon our arrival. Such as a hot cocoa basket with tea and coffee. The property itself is stunning and so spacious. The host was very helpful and responsive when we were communicating. We will be staying again!!

We rented this property for a Project Graduation celebration and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 students and 4 chaperones. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy, and the house kept the kids entertained all weekend. The indoor pool was a huge hit, and the hot tub and sauna were great for relaxing. The pool table, foosball table, movie theater, and variety of games provided endless entertainment, especially during downtime. Outside, the pond, kayaking, and bonfire area gave everyone a chance to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and spend time together. The property was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a large group. Having so many activities available in one place made planning the event easy and stress-free. Our students had an unforgettable experience, and the chaperones appreciated how comfortable and accommodating the home was.We highly recommend this property for large groups, family gatherings, or special events. It exceeded our expectations and helped make our Project Graduation celebration a memorable success.
