Only a 10 minute drive from LoHi, Highlands, Tennyson, and Sunnyside the most popular downtown spots! Close to some of Denver's most popular bars and restaurants such as Happy Camper, El Five, Linger, Postino and more. Enjoy all the city spots while still getting to stay in a quiet neighborhood just outside it all.
The space
Have an entire upstairs unit to yourselves with views of the mountains from the front windows. Equipped with 1 queen bed and 1 full, a breakfast nook, cozy living room space including a 55” smart tv, full kitchen and stackable laundry unit and a backyard shared with Airbnb guests from the downstairs unit. Have the opportunity to meet other travelers while still having your own private space.

There is a gravel driveway in front of house . You are welcome to park in the left side spot. There will likely be guests to the downstairs unit parked on the right. There is also street parking if that is your preference.

A weekend Away

My fiance and I flew to Denver for the holiday weekend for a getaway, and this was a perfect place to have alone time! This is part of a duplex, and is the upstairs property. The floors seem very loud so I felt sorry for the downstairs neighbors! There is no fan in the bathroom so beware after mexican...lol! The outlet in the bathroom stopped working & Logan never came to fix it so that was a bummer. Overall a nice, clean space to hangout at!

Disappointed

The plus is location. It’s about 15 min away from most places in Denver. It’s an old house in an old broken down neighborhood. It is upper level of home and we often heard the lower tenants talking. The home has broken things like plug in in bathroom. Shower wall is plastic and push’s in, fridge handle broken and sitting on top of fridge, discolorations on walls which made me fear mold in bathroom and by front door. Toilet seat very loose slides all over. It was ok but I would not say this is as nice as it looked in listing.

great little place and we enjoyed our stay. Logan was very attentive and responded quickly to our ?'s. Would like to have check in code a day or 2 before our stay instead of on the day we are checking in.
