Bright Beautiful Ocean Front Home

We guarantee the view! Enjoy your coffee on the deck with the sunrise and have happy hour looking over the ocean when the sun sets. This is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with everything you have at home, plus a view. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything a cook might need. If cooking is not your thing there are great restaurants in Ocean Isle, Sunset, and Calabash. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD. . You will feel like you are home away from home with all of the amenities including Wi-Fi. The downstairs deck in perfect for watching the kids on the beach or for a gathering spot. The upstairs deck is off of the master bedroom and is a great place to sun or to read a book.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. It has a connecting bathroom with a shower. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The back and middle bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath with a double vanity area and separate tub and shower. The master bedroom has it's own bath with a shower and both upstairs baths have skylights. The back bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed with a trundle. The middle room is perfect for the kids. There are bunk beds along with a full size bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a sitting area.

The home is part of a duplex at the peaceful end of the beach near the inlet.(Both sides of the duplex may be available upon request.) For those looking to stay busy, some of the best golf courses are located within 10 min. of the house. Myrtle Beach, SC, is just 25 miles away with anything you would like to do. Spend a day shopping at the outlets or take in a show at the Palace Theater. If you are in the mood for a quiet, small town atmosphere, Southport, NC is a short drive from Ocean Isle. The streets are lined with antique stores and great water front dining. You can also take the Fort Fisher Ferry from Southport to Fort Fisher/Wilmington to visit the Aquarium, Battleship North Carolina or have lunch on the waterfront. If your plan is to do as little as possible, Ocean Isle Beach fits the bill too. The beach is at your door step. There are wonderful surf and deep sea fishing opportunities in the area. Bike rentals are available on the island as well as kayaks. This is a place where everyone can find what they want to do or not do, as the case may be. We take a lot of pride in our home and want you to enjoy all that it offers as much as we do.

PLEASE remember to wash the sand from your feet/body before entering the house.

Incredible location! We have been going to OIB for 30 years but this was our first stay at the end of the island and it was amazing! The house was perfect! It was very clean when we arrived. It was large enough so the 9 of us were not on top of each other. The beach was not crowded. We loved that the kids could go onto the beach and we could watch them from the deck. The house was decorated very bright and beachy. We will definitely be back in the future. We would recommend your beach house to anyone.

Our family has been coming to Ocean Isle annually for over 20 years and we love the quiet East End of the island. This was our first year staying in this home and we loved it. Nothing beats being able to walk out the door and straight into the sand. The layout was great for our 2 families with kids and we felt like we had plenty of space. The kitchen had nearly everything you could need and more. Our extended family booked the other half of the duplex and it worked out great for us. Communicating with the host was very easy and made the whole trip seamless. We've already booked again for next year!

Wonderful house!

This is our first time in this house and will want to return next year! Very well supplied and you can just bring your clothes and move in! Love the beach and fewer crowds at this end of the beach.

Perfect location

This is a very nice duplex located on an uncrowded beach. The wall you share with the neighbors must be well insulated because we never heard our neighbors. We will rent the house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! The beach was beautiful with easy access. The deck was perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The layout of the home was perfect for our group and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

OIB BEACH WEDDING!

We have stayed at Ocean Isle Beach for the past 8 years and it truly is our home away from home! This is the first year we've used VRBO and it was so easy and convenient! Everyone was always informative and friendly. We will definitely use them again for our next vacation!

Lovely Home

We have stayed here 2 years and look forward to our 3rd year in this open, light-filled home. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the floor plan works really well both for privacy and for "hanging out" together. The beds are comfortable. Our host was wonderful!

The C Shore

The C Shore was a very nice place to stay for our family vacation. It was wonderful to have the beach just steps away and it was so private. The kitchen was fully equipped with whatever we needed to prepare our meals. The home was clean and nicely decorated.

Real Ocean Front

Very close to the beach. There’s no need to pack a day cooler and lunch. Sarah was quick to respond to any issue and is a real asset to a family vacation.

We found Sarah’s listing 2 years ago when we came back to OIB and we LOVE this location and house. Right off of the beach with everything you could ask for. Any time we needed help, they were quick to respond and do what they can to take care of it and keep us informed. This is a vacation that we have and will continue to look forward to! Perfect Beach House

This is such a perfect beach house: I almost want to keep it a secret! The floor plan works well for our family gathering: the spacious great room, thoroughly stocked kitchen, and well designed bedroom/bath combinations make our vacation comfortable and easy. Our hosts obviously care very much about the house and make upgrades each year, keeping it clean & bright & beautiful. They are very welcoming and respond quickly to any questions we have. This is our third year here: guess that says it all!

This house is just about perfect, inside and out. Steps from the beach, the experience of enjoying the sand and the surf is matched by the comforts of the house and all the amenities offered. Comfy beds, a lovely master suite, and a stocked kitchen for cooking. We enjoyed the deck for meals and hanging out, and the outdoor shower was great. Would stay again without a second thought. Family Bonding

The house was great. It was exactly as advertised with one small adjustment. The description indicates that all bedrooms have flat screen TVs, but apparently they had been damage in a lightning strike. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The patio had plenty of seating to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the ocean. The host was responsive when I had a question and address it immediately, which, having traveled to North Carolina from Texas was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay there again.

Kinks but it all worked out.

Enjoyed our stay despite having a few inconveniences….from a lightning strike the week before. However, Sarah was up front and honest about everything and worked diligently to make things right for us. Anytime we had a question or found other issues from the lightning strike, she was only a text or phone call away. The location is fantastic and kitchen is well stocked!! And the deck made a wonderful hangout for our elderly family members when the rest of us were on the beach. I would definitely recommend this rental….and lightning usually doesn’t strike the same place twice. :-)

Loved this home for our family.

We really loved that house and how it was set up. Things that we appreciated and made our stay easier: 1. The outdoor shower was amazing. Having so many hooks for your towels in it was a small detail that goes along way. 2. Having a full size washer and dryer is an added perk. 3. The deck had plenty of chairs and comfortable chairs. Rocking chairs are fantastic! 4. The kitchen was completely stocked and labeled. There were so many plates, silverware, pots, pans, knives that we didn’t have to worry about washing everything to get through a meal. 5. Having consumable supplies in the house was something we weren’t expecting. It was nice to have hand soap, dishwasher, tabs, foil, etc. 6. The Dyson sweeper was handy. You didn’t have to lug out full-size sweeper when you needed to pick up something. 7. There were plenty of places to put things. The desk downstairs was nice, the buffet against the wall was good storage. The home was very spacious and had plenty of room for 11 of us not to be in each other’s way.
