Spacious incline village 2nd floor condo in Forest Pines, well located, close to Hyatt, Beaches on Lakeshore drive and shopping. Large kitchen for cooking, two 55 inch plasma TV, Wifi/internet for streaming, well furnished and queen size sofa/sleeper. Enjoy the balcony. Plenty of parking in the parking lot with EV charging station. Complex has pool which is open in the summer, and year round sauna and hot tub in the community center in the complex. 2 parking spaces available in the complex parking lot. No street parking in unassigned areas. Max Occupancy 3.

Owner was good on communication & flexibility. Had to address some issues but quickly resolved. Could use some improvements/upgrades but this is solid place to stay & a good location. Access to the beach was key. Pool/Hot tub - nice amenities.

The space was clean and comfortable and are as the pictures show. The owner let me check in early which was much appreciated. A few things that are not noted in the description of the unit unfortunately negatively affected the experience of our stay. The pool and game room have very specific hours which was not communicated beforehand. The code to access the pool/game room was not provided until the first morning(day after our arrival) because the owner did not know there was such a code until they reached out to the HOA. In my opinion, all of that should have been communicated and ironed out ahead of time. Something to note is that the ping pong table is not located within the unit.

Thank you for the kind words about the unit and for noting it matched the photos, I'm glad you found it clean and comfortable, and I was happy to accommodate your early check-in. A quick note for future guests: the pool and community center are shared amenities managed by the HOA, and their hours and access codes are set by the community rather than by me. When the updated access code was needed, I obtained it from the HOA and provided it as quickly as their office allowed. The community center (which houses the ping-pong table, along with a sauna and hot tub) is a shared building near the unit. I appreciate the feedback and will make sure these community amenity details are noted clearly in the listing so future guests know what to expect. Thanks again for staying

Incline Condo

This was a great stay, location was great and lake was right down the street. Wifi worked with no issues and the bed was down right comfortable. Also nice to he able to do small load of laundry. Host checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed would definitely stay again.

The place itself was really lovely! Made use of the second floor patio for dinner, bed was clean and very comfy. The apartment was well decorated, and a very short and pleasant walk to Incline Beach.However, I have to say, we had a lot of difficulties and inconsistencies in communicating with the owner, Val. When we first arrived and wanted to access the beach, it took quite a while to figure out getting passes, and much of the information in the binder was out of date/incorrect.We also had a very loud alarm go off in the middle of the night - things like that happen, no problem, but when we messaged Val about it, he neither acknowledged it nor confirmed whether it was a burglar alarm or something less concerning. Perhaps most importantly, the listing says the beach passes are included in the rental cost and will be reimbursed if not used. We were able to go one day, but when we requested passes for a second day we were told he was out of passes for the season, and he then stated that it was our responsibility to pay for them.Unfortunately, for the last day or two of our trip, he stopped responding to any of our messages, including clarifications about the beach passes issue. We highly recommend the place itself, but were disappointed that something central to the booking could’ve been handled so much better, and that we didn’t feel like he was consistently honest with us.

Perfect location to everything.

The home was close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend. It was spacious and clean. Very close to the lake. Only a few minutes to the Tesla supercharger next to the grocery store.

Beautiful Stay in Incline Village

Beautiful location about 1.5 miles from downtown Incline Village alongside about 1 block from Lake Tahoe. The condo was immaculate and had all of the luxuries of home. Next time we’re in Lake Tahoe I will definitely check on the availability

This was a great place and location to stay at - the community itself was ideal as well. It was great to have access to the community pool and sauna, which were well maintained. Val was extremely communicative and flexible, allowing me to check in a couple hours early, and check out a couple hours later - I’m sure that depends on if there is another stay before or after. That being said, I would have to ask the same question multiple times before getting an answer, which was frustrating. The dishwasher was completely broken and unhinged from the peninsula cabinetry. The door would open / fall down on its own, hitting and scratching my ankle / leg while at the kitchen sink, multiple times. I was not informed of this before. In unit laundry, a massive and comfortable bed, plenty of furniture for seating, and a nice bathroom set up were all plus’s. I would stay again!

Lack of communication

Didn’t receive the information I needed prior to my arrival - erroneous wi-fi information, lack of communication about available passes to community (private) beaches despite multiple attempts. Didn’t gain access until over halfway through stay. Lack of information or response about questions related to check out responsibility. And a little thing - but no wine glasses, and very few glasses of any kind.

The property was very centrally, located to Incline Village and 15 minutes away from Kings Beach and Sand Harbor Loved the fact that they had really nice beach chairs! I highly recommend this property for a couple - clean crisp and easy to navigate around
