Cosy, comfortable house "Florencia", semi-detached. In the resort 4 km from the centre of El Arenal - Jávea, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Parada Toscamar" 950 m, sandy beach 4 km. Surf school 4 km, tennis 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Toller Pool, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt richtig genossen! Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Sehr sauber, toller großer Pool und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. In der Küche war alles da, was man braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber machbar. Vielen Dank, das wir eure Gäste sein durften!

Solo una pega

Lo hubiese calificado como estupendo, pero para mi tiene una pega y es el aparcamiento. La entrada a la propiedad es estrecha y cuando llegas a la casa y tienes que dar la vuelta es complicado y precisa de maniobras. El tema es solucionable, quitando una parte de jardin. En fin es mi opinión, por lo demás muy bien.
