The Encinitas Beach Guest House in Encinitas is an ultra-premium 1-bedroom 1-bath + office with private hot tub, beautiful getaway located in beautiful San Diego, CA. It is located right off the 5 freeway and just minutes from some of our favorite places such as Moonlight Beach, Del Mar Racetrack, Seaport Village in Downtown, Legoland, SeaWorld, and Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. We are looking forward to hosting you!

The Space:
The Encinitas Beach Guest House boasts the highest quality furnishings throughout, including:

A luxurious 1-bedroom (1 queen bed and 1 roll-away bed) + office, with a comfy queen bed, walk-in shower and walk-in closet that accommodates 2 guests. The office includes a workspace with desk, chair, and bookcase.

A comfortable living area, perfect for conversation, enjoying a great read or catching a movie on the Smart TV.

A top-of-the-line Kitchen, with it's farmhouse sink, stainless-steel appliances, and luxury finishes. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster oven and blender for convenient use.

The dining area seats 4 guests.

There is also a private washer and dryer for your use throughout your stay.

A private outdoor hot tub that is set at 80 degrees and can be adjusted for higher temperature. Please plan accordingly for 24 hours to heat to desired temperature.

Wi-Fi is provided.

Please note, The Encinitas Beach Guest House shares a driveway with the main house and sits under the home but is completely private with a private patio.

Perfect for our needs

The property was as advertised. East to find and access. Do not rent if you want to walk to the beach, but if you want to be close downtown Encinitas this place is perfect.

Moldy in Encinitas

The apartment is perfectly nice. It has a strong mold smell coming from the kitchen area that makes is extremely unpleasant and unhealthy. I told the management and received no response.

Nice place

The place was everything we wanted except for the family renting above us. They had children running every morning and evening and it made a repeated, annoying thumping sound. We were out of the property most of the time during the day so I'm not sure about the noise during the mid daytime hours. For someone working at 'home' during the morning or evening it wouldn't have been a good situation. I notified the property manager or owner and they must have told the family above us to keep the thumping noise down as it did get better.

Absolutely perfect!

This apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, and absolutely adorable. It had everything we needed and more. It was a very convenient location: minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the highway. We instantly felt at ease and comfortable and it made our first time in California so much better. I would highly recommend staying here.
