In the holiday apartment Baltic Mare you can expect an extra great vacation pleasure! The new building was completed in spring 2019 and has all the amenities one could wish for.

The new facility is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafés to relax.

The modern and light-flooded apartment offers space for three guests. The bright living room has a large window front and is ideal as a common lounge for the family. The cozy sofa landscape (couch with pull-out function 1.40 mx 2.10 m) invites you to cozy film evenings and borders on the dining area for three people. From here you have access to the balcony, which faces south. The kitchenette shines through the modern and high quality equipment. In the bedroom with a window to the balcony, even the tallest guests were thought of: the extra-long double bed is 2.10 m long and 2.00 m wide and ensures a restful sleep. Even in the bathroom, tall guests do not have to pull their heads in because the shower is installed extra high. This comfortable apartment can be easily reached with an elevator.

The Smart TV with ambilights in the living room provides entertainment in the evening. The bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV. WLAN access is of course also part of the equipment. There is also a radio with a CD player.

Super Ferienwohnung, alles TOP

Wir haben eine Woche bei sehr gutem Wetter hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist richtig schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist sehr viel Platz überall. Es war seeeehr sauber !! Das Bett war für uns genau richtig für einen guten Schlaf. Die Küche hat alles, was man für die Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit braucht. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Bad ist chic und groß genug. Der Balkon lädt ein für ein Frühstück oder den Abend ausklingen zu lassen, wenn man nicht gerade am Strand oder sonst irgendwo unterweg ist. In der Beschreibung steht ja die Lage, darum haben wir uns darauf eingestellt, dass wir nicht ständig zu Fuß in den Ort laufen. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei (geräumiger Fahrradkeller) und waren immer in ein paar Minuten am Strand usw... Der Kontakt mit der Agentur sowie Schlüsselübergabe war überaus freundlich und problemlos. Alles in Allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft, die wir weiterempfehlen können und werden.

Schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft. Etwas abseits gelegen, aber in 2 Autominuten mitten im Geschehen. Jalousien im Wohnzimmer-und Schlafzimmer, so dass man auch gut auf dem Schlafsofa übernachten kann.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung.In der Küche ist ebenfalls alles vorhanden. Auch die Schlafcouch ist bequem.
