This single storey villa is located in a very quiet urbanization about 2.5 km from the LEVANTE beach. The house faces south and the terrace offers a magnificent view of the Peñon de Ifach. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a radius of 1 km.
The main apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room en suite, 1 bathroom with tub, a large living room with fireplace, dining room and an open kitchen. In front of the entrance is a covered terrace.
Around the 8m x 4m pool with stairs is the open terrace. An outdoor shower is also available. In front of the house, within the enclosed property (1,000 m2), there is a parking space.
Final cleaning 80 €, electricity according to consumption.
