Cozy Villa with sea views Marquesa ZA
Holiday home on a plot of 800m2, the garden consists of palm trees and a variety of plants. The house has a simple open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning/heat pump, and a bathroom with a washing machine. A living-dining room with access to terraces, one of them covered, next to the 6x4m swimming pool with Roman steps and views of Dénia and the sea. The house has pellet heating for winter.
Distance to the sea 4km, to the city 3km, bar/restaurants 2km. A car is needed.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecues with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Schönes großes Grundstück mit einer schönen Terrasse. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Für 2 Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Solide Austattung. Für den Preis den wir bezahlt haben Top.
Die sauberkeit der Terrasen sollte man in Angriff nehmen Wenn es Regnet läuft Wasser durch die Eingangstür.

La vue sur la mer et la montagne del Montgo
Très agréable villa avec un environnement très calme, entièrement rénovée, très bien équipée, propreté irréprochable, toutes commodités accessibles en voiture à 5 min , un très beau jardin arboré et une belle piscine. Rien à redire! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa que nous recommandons a 100%.
Tout était parfait merci nous reviendrons !

Relajantes vacaciones
Nos fascina la vista al Montgó desde la terraza de la piscina.
Estupenda atención de la agencia, les avisamos de una avería en la lavadora y ese mismo día nos mandaron al técnico para repararla.
El baño de la casa necesita actualizarse.

Estancia con fantástica tranquilidad
La ubicación de la casa y la espectacular vista desde la terraza.
