About this property

Great location, hot tub, perfect for families!

Family friendly 4 bedroom home with everything you need for the adults to relax and for the kids to have fun. Our beds are super comfortable, and our house is set up for 10 guests to sleep comfortably. Our play room is a favorite of our guests-filled with a foosball table, smart tv, nintendo switch, games & a toy closet filled with toys for the littlest guests. Our hot tub is located right outside the sliding glass door, so adults can hot tub while keeping an eye on the kids.

Our home is a 5 minute drive to downtown Coeur d'Alene shopping, restaurants and the lake. It's a 17.5 mile drive to Silverwood Theme park. Mountain biking and ATV riding trails at Canfield Mountain are 5 minutes away. Schweitzer Mtn & Silver Mtn ski areas are 45 minute drives. Costco is 1.5 miles away.

You will love our large deck for entertaining and BBQing.

Our home has ample parking for boats, vehicles, trailers and toys. Our garage is available for guest use as well. We have a dryer in the garage for wet clothes.

Our laundry room has a washer and dryer as well.

Our home is well stocked with everything you will need for your family to have the best vacation ever!

We have RING security cameras at the front door and garage door for you protection.

Absolutely perfect vacation rental!!!

We had the best week as a family staying in this beautiful, sparkling clean home! We were impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the owners. She messaged while we were there and asked if we needed anything. There was something for everyone to enjoy in the home. 🥰💙 The hot tub was wonderful. The game room was fabulous. Toys for the littles…. Christmas decorations were gorgeous. She had treats for everyone upon arrival…. It was cozy and plenty warm. Lots of extra soft blankets for everyone. The most important thing to me in a rental is the beds and pillows. I’d rate them a 10/10 as well!!!! We have zero complaints. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!!! 🎄❄️💙☃️

Our 2 night stay at this home with 8 adults and 2 children was amazing! Lots of space, kitchen, hot tub and comfortable beds were appreciated. Our 2 year old granddaughter cried when we had to leave the playroom behind. We would highly recommend this cute, very clean home!

We are John & Moiya. We met as teenagers and have been married 32 years. We have 5 children, three of them who are married now. We own a painting business called Revive Painting.
We love spending time as a family. Over the years, and still to this day, we have loved taking family vacations. Since we had a large family we didn't find hotels to be the best option for vacationing. So, when we traveled, we stayed in vacation rentals. We still travel that way to this day! Over the years we have been hosted in some of the nicest homes, all over the Pacific Northwest. It has been so special to be able to have the space for our family to make memories.
When it worked out for us to buy a second home, in the amazing town of Coeur d'Alene, we knew we had to share it with others. So... that is how Revive Vacation Homes, and The Gilbert House CDA, came to be. We hope you love staying in our home and enjoy it as much as we do!
