Great Encantame Condo

Exactly as described and pictured with amazing views and proximity to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The resort is beautiful. Maybe a little sparse on kitchen items vs other places we've stayed. Overall excellent stay and we will go back.

Quiet Vacation

Checking in was very easy, but don't try to check in early. Arrive 15 minutes before and I had to wait. Beautiful room and view. Santo Coyote restaurant's steak was amazing, best I've had in a long time. Not really any options to eat except the restaurant onsite and the Cafe in the main building. Downtown and the restaurants are about 20 minutes away in Rocky Point. But I came here because it's a new property and quiet, so driving back to town wasn't a big deal for us to go to our favorite restaurants.

If you want to cook at the unit - not the unit to book

Cooking was difficult, no hot pan holders for removing things from oven, no dish towels, no wine glasses, very cheap utensils to cook with and bare bones pots and pans. Coffee pot does not drain properly. Unit looks beautiful but will not book again. Because of location to restaurants, the owner should make more of an effort to supply items so guests can cook meals.

Horrible

We have two guest that wanted to join us for dinner reservations and drinks afterwards and they weren’t allowed to come inside and the employees were mean at the gates about letting them inside the property! This has never happened before it was just horrible and really upsetting. We were here celebrating a birthday and we had to change our plans and go somewhere else for reservations

We did explain this to both you and your guests upon arrival. We made every effort to assist in finding a solution, but unfortunately, when the situation escalated at the gate, there was little we could do as security needed to enforce the rules. We appreciate your understanding of the regulations we must follow and hope that, despite the inconvenience, you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay with us.
