About this property

Three bedrooms with a patio that opens onto the grassy lawns of the Sonoran Sun Resort. Your stay here will place you close to paradise. You will adore the architecture! Its old hacienda design will make you fall in love with it.

This 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom condo are located on the ground floor of the East Tower. This condo has accommodations for up to 8 guests. The living room of the condo is furnished with a large black leather sleeper sofa with a complimenting armchair on each side.

The media unit has a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a CD player, and VCR. The condo comes equipped with cable television and high-speed wireless internet. The dining room has a rectangular-shaped maple wood table with seating for 6.

The kitchen has granite countertops with maple wood cabinets and white appliances. The kitchen includes all major appliances as well as a toaster, purified water cooler, coffee maker, and blender. The kitchen comes with all the cookware, serving ware, plates and a variety of glasses. There is a counter bar lined with a set of bar stools if you prefer a more casual dining experience.

The master bedroom has a large king-size bed with a beautiful bedding set. The room includes a dresser, set of bedside tables and a flat-screen TV. You can access the patio through a set of sliding glass doors off of the bedroom. The master bathroom has a large double sink vanity with a walk-in shower and commode.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size maple wood framed bed. The 3rd guest bedroom has queen size bunk beds.

The patio is furnished with a rectangular-shaped wrought iron table that has seating for 6. The patio would be a wonderful place to socialize with neighbors or to have a wonderful sunset meal. The best part of staying in this unit is that you are just a hop, skip and a jump away from the pool, surf, and sand. You will be very happy with your stay in condo 109 of the Sonoran Sun.

At the Sun, you will be able to enjoy 3 pools, a pool bar, and beautiful green areas. We have two BBQ areas with sitting arrangements for the whole family. You can exercise in our fully-equipped fitness room or playing tennis in our fun tennis court. Have a drink or a meal with your family at our restaurant.

Perfection

This condo is everything. Just what we needed for our mamas getaway. The rooms and living areas were spacious. The patio has so much seating. The decor is bright and beachy. We would stay here again in a second. Actually hoping to go back soon.

Perfect location for family getaway

Was spacious, air conditioner worked great, outside patio was perfect with great views and conveniently located on 1st floor near pool and close to walk area leading to ocean. Had a high chair which was greatly appreciated. Had a wonderful visit.

Sonoran Sun

Literally minutes after CHECKING IN, I received an email notifying me that my card would be charged for "linen damage" seen at the property after CHECKING OUT! I immediately went to the front desk and told them it had to be an error because I had JUST ARRIVED. It was eventually cleared up as an "error" but it happened. Next, the modem wasn't working and no dial tone on the phone. It was replaced on our second day. The bedroom light to one of the rooms wasn't working so I reported it twice before it was eventually looked at. I was told another worker would eventually arrive to replace the bulb. Checkout time came and it had yet to be fixed. My kids were essentially in the dark with only the lights on their phones to aid them. Overall, we had a great time and great experience unfortunately all the above happened.
