Located on the second floor, with direct oceanfront views, this studio condo offers convenient access to the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations.

Parking Notes and KEYS: Upon arrival, you will find ONE parking permit and a key provided for access to the outside area. Please ensure the parking permit is visible on your windshield during your stay and return it to the room when you leave. Replacement of keys or parking permits incurs a $100.00 charge per HOA regulations.

The cleaning fee in your payment covers the initial cleaning and room preparation, along with provisions such as fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and complimentary bathroom items for 2 to 4 nights. Subsequent cleaning and garbage disposal are the guest's responsibility.

NO PETS, NO TRAILERS, NO MOTORHOMES - strict building rules apply. No Exceptions.

SECURITY will ask, and if they cannot produce, the guest will be asked to leave, and the Unit owner will be subject to fines.

Are you kidding.

This was the worst travel experience we have ever had. We checked out 6 days early. Let me list the deficiencies: No functional smoke detector, it has been painted over, unplugged and expired some years ago, no fire extinguisher, no carbon monoxide detector, broken and dirty blinds, burnt out light bulbs, malfunctioning toilet, constant construction noise, and smoke from other units seeping in. (Both cigarette and marijuana). Entire property is rundown and dirty. The owners offered to send out maintenance, however, I did not spend money to sit and wait for someone to come and fix a situation that we should never have walked into. Once we learned that the smoke detector was non-functional, we left the property. We contacted VRBO and they did not want to hear it. This is our first and last experience with VRBO.
