Parking Notes and KEYS: Upon arrival, you will find ONE parking permit and a key provided for access to the outside area. Please ensure the parking permit is visible on your windshield during your stay and return it to the room when you leave. Replacement of keys or parking permits incurs a $100.00 charge per HOA regulations.
The cleaning fee in your payment covers the initial cleaning and room preparation, along with provisions such as fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and complimentary bathroom items for 2 to 4 nights. Subsequent cleaning and garbage disposal are the guest's responsibility.

★Self-check-in / No-contact check-in services★: To access the unit, a unique code will be sent to you on your check-in day. Please watch your communication channels; the code will be sent one hour before check-in.

DO NOT ALLOW PETS! Guests with ESA animals MUST produce a letter from a bona fide Physician (not a “registration” off of a website) stating they require an ESA. The Physician's letter should be provided to the PRIOR Association upon the guest's arrival, and they should be advised to have it with them during their stay. SECURITY will ask, and if they cannot produce, the guest will be asked to leave, and the Unit owner will be subject to fines.
