Großes Haus, praktisch für Familien in ruhiger Lag

Ein schönes Haus, praktisch gelegen am Stadtrand. Es war alles vorhanden, was man als Familie im Urlaub zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Spiele usw sind nicht vorhanden. Supermärkte waren nah, die Strände jedoch nicht fußläufig erreichbar (zumindest nicht für uns und mit „Gepäck“ für einen ganzen Tag am Strand). Kritikpunkte: Schaukel war keine da, 2 von 6 Gartenstühlen waren kaputt und der Abfluss in der Dusche war unendlich langsam. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

Gutes und ideal gelegenes Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Lage perfekt, um alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Mangelhaft war der Zustand der Gartenmöbel (dreckig, fehlende Auflagen für Stühle), die den guten Gesamteindruck leider getrübt haben.

Location à améliorer

Le jardin de la maison est très agréable, très au calme. Il y avait pratiquement tout l'équipement nécessaire d'une maison de location. A part que nous avons du apporter une bouilloire et une théière, lesquelles sont en général dans toutes les locations. N'a pas aimé · Le ménage en arrivant n'était pas fait au top. La douche bouchée, les chambres sans penderie, le linge de lit semblable au linge d'hôpital etc...

Très bien situé au calme

Très belle maison spacieuse pour 6 personnes grande chambres séjour et cuisine très grand salle de bain avec 2 toilettes au top jardin magnifique attention voiture basse stationnement devant garage en pente à risque seul critique les peintures intérieures ont laissées beaucoup de taches sur les parquets sinon je recommande à mes amis car nous sommes très content du séjour

D'une manière générale nous sommes déçu de cette location. On en a pas pour son argent. Maison à la propreté douteuse et à la rénovation bâclée. Odeurs d'humidité, pas de Vmc qui fonctionne. Pas de bouilloire. Équipement inégal. Le linge de lit rappelle des souvenirs d'hôpital. Plus que moyen Le système de clé à l'agence... Pas cool. Lit non fait Pas de balançoire sur le portique, sympa pour les enfants. Nous ne recommandons pas. Et nous ne passerons plus par interhome

3 angenehme Wochen erlebt

Ein Haus für den Urlaub. Leider sehr unpersönlich. Es fehlten wichtige Kleinigkeiten: Sitzkissen, Decken für kalte Abende, Putzmittel, usw. Eben die Dinge, die man für die "Gemütlichkeit" braucht. Leider war der Garten nicht komplett geschlossen. So konnte unser Hund sehr selbstständig die Umgebung erkunden. Sollte er aber nicht! Ansonsten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sauber, die Nachbarn freundlich, der Weg zur City kurz, Einkaufs-möglichkeiten super und die Umgebung (Bretagne) ein Traum. Wir freuen uns auf's nächste Jahr. :

Schönes Haus

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Parkplatz vor der Garage extrem steil, wie haben an der Straße geparkt (ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden). Müllentsorgung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ( nur über öffentliche Container), aber ok.

Maison adaptée à la location.

La maison et son emplacement sont conformes aux descriptifs. Les équipements sont ceux que l’on attend pour une location. Il en va de même pour la décoration de la maison. Celle ci est pratique et agréable à vivre en vacances.

La villa par elle même, spacieuse , beau jardin, calme, mais on ne peut dire rénovée, plutôt en cours de rénovation...les peintures moyennes, le parquet taché par des traces de peinture, le Wc du bas moyennement correct. Comme très souvent 2 balais Wc hors d’usage.... Les vitres non nettoyées, les velux taches par les fientes d’oiseaux. Maison confortable , mais manquant cruellement de mobilier . Juste un manche de casserole pour toute la batterie de cuisine.Poêles hors d’usage. Four sal

Merci de votre retour. De nouvelles brosses de toilettes ont été fournis ainsi que des nouvelles casseroles. Les fenêtres y compris les stores ont été nettoyés.

Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante

La casa è grande, ben equipaggiata con tutto ciò che serve:lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e forno a microonde, asse e ferro da stiro, barbecue, stendibiancheria ecc... Tutto il necessario. La cucina è moderna e funzionale, con un’ampia isola. La zona giorno ha ampie portefinestre che affacciano sul bel giardino, ideale se avete bambini o un animale domestico. Ci sono tre camere da letto, un bagno moderno con doccia spaziosa e due WC separati. La casa è situata a circa 2 km dal centro di Dinard.
