OCE1422U - More beach to yourself when you have PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS available! Oceanside 2 bedroom upper level unit, with Florida room offering views of the Ocean! Parking, small pets considered, beds are 1 full, 2 twin and a p/o sofa. Air conditioning units, wifi, a great value considering this phenomenal location! No badges required to access private beach. Note: beach is not lifeguarded.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
