Why they chose this property
We purchased another home in this historic Tallahassee neighborhood and we get a good amount interest from smaller parties. This one fits a smaller group that wants a comfortable place to spend time while visiting Florida's capital city and it's walking distance from the other property. This allows an even larger group of 16-18 people in both homes. You'll love this home! It is just as pictured but even better in person.
What makes this property unique
Entire house, plus a pool, outdoor shower, Zen cottage and a tree house. So much to do at a single house! Located in an Award winning Tallahassee neighborhood that is safe, quiet and in the heart of town. Plus nice parks for group gatherings, games and walking trails.
