"There is no other place like it," my guests say. Located 4.5 miles North of Cave Creek Center- private and quiet but for the sounds of wildlife & pungent smells of the high Sonoran Desert. Thick hand-plastered walls, vaulted wood ceilings, 5 clerestory windows, two sets of sliding glass doors, French doors & 4 casements open to mountain air & Milky Way views of Tonto Forest & Spur Cross Conservation Area. Step out into saguaro forests & trails. The small casita on the Canyon's edge is filled with custom furniture, has a well stocked kitchen & seats 5 for a sit-down meal or a nap on the banco. A private patio sits on thick stone and the screened-in porch is surrounded by gorgeous views of Mountains & Mesas. Satellite dish reception is good for phone calls, streaming, zoom calls but NOT for full-time work from home. Casita has no keys. Doors are not locked due to the need for firefighters to confirm that homes are empty of people if evacuation is necessary (they would
have to break-in to confirm).
