While feet away from the white sand beach with gentle waves, you will sleep 6 adults or 6 adults/2 small children. The condo was thoughtfully designed with a King bed (primary), Queen bed, a transitioning day bed and Full murphy bed. The area has magnificent beaches, wildlife, fishing, nature trails, state parks. Most AMAZING SUNRISES, views and OYSTERS!

Wonderful, relaxing and beautiful

We wanted a place close to where we are moving and discovered this gem. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. We lacked for nothing. The hosts thought of everything. Michele and Jeremy are super. Our days were busy with errands for our new home but we spent our evenings relaxing with the sounds of the gulf in this beautiful place. We even saw dolphins one morning. Cannot recommend the condo or the hosts enough. Thanks Michele and Jeremy for a wonderful stay!

Thank you for staying with us at Lagniappe on the Gulf. We hope you enjoy your time on the Forgotten Coast.

As an Interior Designer from Colorado - I have tried to capture a unique boutique stay on the Gulf. My husband, Jeremy, is originally South Louisiana and incorporating his culture in our little paradise just seemed perfect.

I will be available via phone/text/email during their stay. Happy to assist to make their stay seamless. Let me know if you would like recommendations or help coordinating a special event or accomodations while you are there.

Why they chose this property

As a mom to (4) kids with (2) being special needs - we searched for an area that would accomodate all of our needs. An area that provided both the opportunity to soak up the sun on the beach, paddle board or kayak for the girls and a more relaxed less stimulating experience/environment for my son whom is on the Autism Spectrum. He is able to enjoy a beach experience as well. This combined with the ability to experience the numerour State Parks, enjoy the abundance of wildlife, amazing fishing opportunities with or without a boat and an Audubon Signature Sanctuary Wildlife designated Golf Course within 5 minutes (for my husband).

What makes this property unique

My goal was to create a relaxing environment that would allow our guests a place to play and relax with the ability to plan their next day's outing on the large map. I wanted special moments that are IG photo worthy and provide a sanctuary to escape every day life. I hope you are able to play some music to take you back in time, spend time with family while cooking your fresh caught fish from the pier or just enjoy time sitting drinking coffee while enjoying the wonderful sunrises or dolphins playing nearby.
