Welcome to our charming centrally located house! you can relax and enjoy the Florida sun at our amazing outdoor porch. You will be staying in a three bedroom house, each with a queen bed and one with a bunkbed too. this is a nice and safe residential area in the heart of Tampa. Our house is well located only 15 minutes away from the Tampa airport, Bush Gardens, downtown Tampa, Soho, historic Ybor city, and the cruise port and the Hard Rock casino; 10 minutes away from the veterans express way.

Great place to stay before cruise

We stayed overnight and the next day before our cruise. The house was conveniently located and fit our needs.

Cute little place

This stay was much better than staying at a hotel! I wished the bathroom was a little cleaner. The towel rack was broken and the ceiling plaster was falling off. The ceiling was doing the same in the kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The big plus was that it was super close to the airport and the tvs were signed into apps for lots of choices.The price was very affordable, so would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Cute little property!

We had a very nice stay at this small cute house! There was a group of 9 of us, so it was a full house but our host was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating for our group! I will say, the house doesn’t have a good sitting area for a full house group, but if you’re planning on being out and about majority of the time, than it wasn’t really an issue!

Play ball!

Exactly as advertised! Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to what we needed. The guys played in a senior softball tournament. Enjoyed staying here.

Super Cute

The house is just as described. For the price, it is a steal as Tampa area can be pretty costly! It’s such a cute house and they have all kinds of things you may have forgotten for use. The space is great and the decor is just so cute! The beds were probably the worst beds I’ve slept in though so be aware that you will wake up stiff and not well rested from the amount of creaking they do all night. Also, there was no WiFi information or checkout instructions so we did what we thought and hoped for the best. Owners could communicate a bit more in that aspect in signs on the fridge or somewhere in the home if not in an email. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed - again, great for the price, and we would stay again!
